    If you really need something, do not order from Drugstore.com. Even if the item shows in stock when you order it, you won't necessarily get it. It might be late or never show up. Their prices are't usually any better than Amazon and Amazon has always been reliable. They also had a promotion for some free samples. I spent $50 to get the samples and they didn't deliver them. I've heard nothing back from customer service.

    Horrible!!! Ordered Pledge Protection plus and they sent me the wrong item. Called them and they explained they didn't have it....even though their website claims they do....picture, description, price and all.......SO, they just picked another product they had in place of it!!! Are you kidding?? Now, I have to return it....what is wrong here? Never again.

    Nightmare! Bioscript is the most ass-backwards company I've ever dealt with. I was a happy customer of Drugstore.com for years until I had to deal with Bioscript. I called about seven times to check on an order pending for two weeks and was told something different by every single person I spoke to. I was finally told that my order would be shipping later in the day or the following day. I came home and my order had been cancelled. They literally told me that someone called to leave me a message but couldn't tell me what exactly the message was. Then they told me my order would ship on Saturday, only to find out that they never ship on Saturdays! I'd rather stand in line at Walgreens. I don't feel secure trusting a company that employs people who don't know ANYTHING, to get me the proper medication.

    Stay away! I ordered prescrips from these people for years, but since changing to Bioscript I have had nothing but problems. Customer service is terrible. They are very nasty and have attitude problems. Orders are extremely slow. Communication with customers is not there. And if you shop around, their medications are not any less money. Not at all worth the very long wait of 30+ days to receive medicine! They charge your credit card when they have not been authorized to do so, and just plain awful to deal with. You will not get honest answers from these people. Buyer beware!

    The have recently switched to Bioscript to fill orders and orders are just not happening. There is no way to find someone to be accountable and assist. Very frustrating. Trying to find a new provider but not sure who is legit.

    My first drugstore.com purchase will certainly not be my last. Very easy to order from, great pricing, and very fast delivery. I had my purchase delivered to me within 2 days! I got everything I was looking for at a very low price, not to mention their drugstore.com dollars program. I would definitely recommend this site for someone who wants a good value, and to be delivered to them promptly.

    I have been a Drugstore.com customer for many years, mostly for non-prescription items. For that they are fine, although their basic shipping is a little slow. I know its kind of a pain to try and figure out when you are going to run out of deodorant 2 weeks in advance, but if you can, then its worth a try. However, under no circumstances will I ever order prescription drugs from them ever again! To say they are slow in getting you a prescription is an understatement. Drugstore.com actually is now contracting with another online Pharmacy, Bioscrip, out of Columbus, ohio to go ahead and handle their prescriptions, and thus, as expected, now the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Expect a couple of weeks before they even get around to contacting your doctor, a couple of weeks to get your prescription ready, and then expect them to lose your credit card information and not even call you about it.     Buyer beware. Look at the quantities for each product you are purchasing. Turns out their packaging size is 1/2 to 2/3 less than what you would get in a chain drugstore. Not a good value. Will not used them ever again.

    I don't have health insurance at the moment. My prescription for generic ambien (zolpidem tartrate) is $50 at cvs and wal mart (30 pills @ 10mg) Drugstore.com (which is apparently Rite Aid, according to the bottle) only charges me $17.99 and about $3 for shipping. It takes about 5 days to get to me, so as long as I still have some left this is not an issue. To save $30/bottle is just amazing, thank god for this site!

    My purchase required international delivery and it has been more than a month that they send the shipment confirmation by email. So far I haven't got the item, but the money has been already deducted from my credit card. There is not an international number to call and enquire about my purchase or ask a refund, there is only an e-mail address, I already sent two e-mails but no reply at all. Apparently my only option now is sit and wait for someone to reply my e-mails, in the time beign no item and no money. It is the first and last time I buy from it.

    I've ordered from here multiple times, processing times are way too long. Diapers.com much better. Customer service was less than stellar. They don't have common sense and all they do is apologize but don't do much to correct the situation. I won't be ordering here anymore.

    This site is an excellent place to sign up for spam. If you purchase something from drugstore.com, expect to receive a series of irritatingly redundant low-value promotional emails. Technically it's legal, because they tell you how to unsubscribe in EACH email, and they adhere to the letter of the law by (supposedly, although I am still getting spam) removing you from their mailing lists within TEN DAYS. I'm not sure why think their customers are stupid enough to think there's any justifiable reason for it to take ten days for a computer to change a simple setting. Don't bother emailing support asking to be removed more quickly. I tried that, and the customer "care" representative pretended not to understand, stating that he had removed my (already-removed) email address. He also reminded me that it would take up to ten days for the change to take effect. I hope that didn't reset my ten day countdown.     My first experience purchasing will be my last. I ordered the things as a gift for a student in a dorm. When I got my confirmation they showed MY name and HER address for both the shipping address AND the billing address. I phoned customer service and was told they could only intercept the pkg and change the address. I said I wanted the NAME changed and they said that they could contact UPS but they wouldn't change it on the box, only in their system. I asked about the incorrect billing address and they told me it was PayPal's error. I contacted PayPal and they have the info correct. Called Drugstore.com CS back to tell them so and the woman said they either got the info from PayPal or me and they could change the name on the order for a $10 fee. When I asked if the name on the box would be changed if I did that she said no. I doubt I made a mistake in entering this information. I know PayPal did not.     I would not even rate Drugstore.com with one star...but had to pick a star. Be very careful when you see what is advertised on their website because you won't get what you think you're suppsed to get. And they will even admit they are wrong. They are famous for adding BOGO (buy one get one) but when the product ships you don't get your free item. Then when you call they give you bogus excuses. So stay away. Awful company that tried to get my credit card again to send me the free products. If I can't trust them to get it right the first time, why should I give them my credit card for something that should be free? Rip off artists...and their prices are higher too. I'll stick with Walmart...

    Customer service is non-existant. Besides automated e-mails which promise a CS Representatice will contact you, you get no response whatsoever from the store regarding placed order issues.

    My favorite online shopping site. They give good discounts & nice freebies. I don't feel as much guilt over shopping here as at Amazon. At Amazon, you're taking money from mom-and-pop bookstores; at drugstore, you're just taking your business away from Walgreens and CVS.

    Terrible. Paid for 3 day select and order didn't even go out for three days, constantly emailed for status... told would upgrade to overnight, but didn't and didn't ship untill it was supposed to arrive. Cust svc was terrible. "Eve" was unapologetic and dismissive. Avoid this place and use sephora for beauty and walgreens for other!

    Being a former employee of drugstore.com, I can tell you that they seem like a good company, but did you know that they discriminate against their employees? I have a learning disability and was not given more time to learn my job besides the fact that I told them I would need it. They "helped" me with some one on one time with the trainer, but it was more like them just going over my mistakes and that was it. What I told them that would beneficial to me, is more time. Not alot, just another week or two. Don't shop at drugstore.com.

    The worst customer service experinece I ever had with an online company. I made an online purchase on saturday at 7am and called the customer service to cancell the order at 8am ( on the same day ). I was told the order will be cancelled since the distribution center is closed on the weekend and the product is not yet shipped. So I made another online purchse but I got an e-mail on sunday stating that I can not cancell the original purchase. I was shcoked becuase the product is not even shipped yet and they can not cancell it. I don't want anyone else to go throug the same experince . SO AVOID STREESS AND DO NOT WASTE HARD EARN MONEY TO PURCHASE PRODUCT FORM DRUGSTORE.COM

    I had many problems with their shopping cart. Things would either be missing, replaced with items I did not want to buy, or once, there was an item that I clicked to buy, and wanted to change, but it WOULD NOT allow me to delete it. What's up with that? Other than that, they have a good selection of items at decent prices.

    Drugstore.com carries a variety of health and beauty products as well as allowing the user to fill prescriptions. The web site is easy to navigate and they have a searchable database. They have detailed descriptions of items.

    Drugstore.com has been one of the most reliable shopping sites I've experienced. I believe I had my first online shopping experience with them back in the day. They always have great discounts, for new or returning customers. They also have very speedy delivery and nice packaging. I have never had a problem with my orders through them, something rare in the online shopping world.

    Very convenient and their still at the stage where they're giving freebies with your orders. Nice! My fiance got an order screwed up as well -- in a good way, where they gave her more than she paid for. You don't get that upside surprise at CVS do you?
