We got an amazing deal on my new car which I absolutely love. Our salesperson Renee was very helpful. He was honest with us and I felt that he genuinely had our best interest in mind the entire time. He did not pressure us into anything and he made sure that we would make a decision that we felt good about. He made the stressful experience of buying a car a lot less stressful and a lot of fun. When the time comes, I have all intentions of coming here to buy my next car !!

I wanted something that would accommodate my husband and me. Not too small for him and not too big for me, so I searched for an SUV. Perusing the internet, I found their website and loved it! There was no need to look anywhere else. After confirming with Rene what their address was, we went in. What a really nice guy! Rene made us feel like old friends at a bbq catching up on old times. He was very energetic ! I would highly recommend him to do business with. I can assure you my experience with this dealership was smooth sailing. Juan and the staff at Dream Cars were very professional in all aspects of my car shopping experience. Many dealerships are leery of having a third party examine their lot vehicles but Dream Cars were open and okay with everything. That to me made me feel extremely comfortable with them and in the end made the purchase.

At the end of 2009, I got approved for a loan at Dream Cars Credit. I was interested in 3 specific vehicles - a Mercedes, a Lexus, and a Land Rover. I was assured before driving all the way out there that the cars were on the lot. I got there and NONE of the cars were there! All had been sold. They tried to push me into buying a Pontiac or a Chrysler and became rude when I wasn't interested. I should have learned my lesson, but... On April 27, 2010 I found a Lexus and a BMW I liked there and applied for credit. I was approved but they refused to tell me for how much or any terms until I physically brought in my paycheck stubs. I emailed them and asked to be provided some terms. Email wasn't good enough, they wanted me to come in. They did however provide some basic terms, such as 0-10% down, etc depending on the car. I've been looking for a manuel 5 series for awhile now and they're hard to find. I didn't want to drive to Dallas or Houston,so this was convienient. My salesman was upfront and honest, which I appreciated. I'd ask him a question on the suspension and the runflats, and his response was 'Sir, I don't know but I can find out for you', which I liked, instead of making something up on the spot. I'd done a huge amount of reasearch on these 5 series, which the salesmen at CarMax didn't know but that's a whole other story. I'd highly recommend Renee and Dream Cars to my family and friends.

WE TEST DROVE A 07 TAHOE AND REALLY LIKED IT. THEY RAN OUR CREDIT AND TRIED TO ONLY DO IN-HOUSE FINANCING AND THE INTREST RATE WAS TOO HIGH. SO AFTER ALMOST 2 HRS OF BEIN PUSHY TRYING TO MAKE US SIGN PAPERS- THEY DECIDED TO GO THRU A CREDIT UNION, AND OUR INTREST RATE WAS CUT IN HALF!! WE DECIDED TO SIGN PAPERS HE NEXT NIGHT, THE MANAGER TOLD US "NOT TO COME IN UNTIL THE A.M.,THE CAR IS YOURS ALREADY." SO WE PULLED IN THE NEXT A.M. TO SEE OUR TAHOE BEING TEST DRIVEN. COME TO FIND OUT THEIR CONTRACT HAD ALREADY BEEN STARTED AND THEY SIGNED BEFORE WE DID! JOHN GARCIA BLAMED IT ON US NOT COMING IN THE NIGHT BEFORE EVEN THOUGH TROY AND DAVID KNEW WE WERE COMING IN!! FROM THE START WE SHOULD'VE KNOWN THEY WERE NO GOOD-- BEING PUSHY CORNERING US IN THE OFFICE (THE SALESMAN & FINANCE MNGR) & NOT TRYING TO GET US BETTER INTEREST THAN WHAT THEY HAD!! Friday 1.29.10 The staff at Dream Cars Credit are so great. All of the promises that they state on their website they do try to keep. They really do work with you if you have any credit issues and they treat everyone with respect and they are all so friendly. It's not just lip service. I realized that the turn signals were not working by the time I got home on Friday. I purchased my car from Dream Cars Credit in Feb 2009 & now in Oct 2009 I am trading it in. Within a month of purchasing it the check engine light came on & when I took it back to them the mechanic told me to change the kind of gas I put it in. Then within 6 months it left me stranded in a parking lot with all the radiator fluid leaked out. Even with the warranty I purchased it didn't cover that repair. They "fixed" it for me there, but I had to take the car back 3 times within a month for the check engine light, which ended up being the O2 sensor then the thermostat went out as well. My confidence in them from then on was shot. The latest thing is the air condition fan & compressor & control arm bushing all went out! Now after all those repairs I am $2000 in the hole. I DO NOT recommend purchasing a car from them.

I bought a BMW here about a month ago. My credit wasn't the best so I felt my options were limited. My cousin bought a car there and was very happy. I went to Dream Cars first, then shopped around. One place was almost rude to me when they got my application... another place just dismissed me right away. Everyone was nice at Dream Cars. They seemed to work pretty hard trying to get me financed. Everyone was real nice and professional. What made me think about doing this review was the fact my check engine light came on last week. I brought it back to them and they fixed it for free. Overall, working with them was great. I'm not sure what else I could have asked for. The BMW is great and I love it.
