I Had a Best Experience.... Persistent migraines had become a debilitating part of my life until I discovered Dr Tony Peters Chiropractic. Their chiropractic treatment worked wonders, completely curing my migraines. I'm profoundly grateful for their expertise and care. Before embarking on my chiropractic journey, I had experienced Biomagnetism therapy, which I can only describe as an almost miraculous encounter with healing. Biomagnetism, I learned, restores the body's pH balance by applying magnets to specific areas of the body, expediting the healing process naturally and enhancing overall well-being. This non-invasive, drug-free therapy seamlessly complements any form of treatment, whether it's conventional or alternative. I wholeheartedly recommend that Dr Tony Peters Chiropractic considers integrating Biomagnetism into their chiropractic practice. This combination is sure to offer their patients a more holistic approach to healing and recovery. To delve deeper into the world... Read more

I've lived in many different places and been to many chiropractors and I am always disheartened when I go for my first visit to find a room full of people being filtered into a conveyor belt of services--tick, tock--move em in and move 'em out. The time actually spent with hands on treatment that amounts to a series of predictable and startling adjustments can be clocked at less than 3 minutes. YOU WILL NOT EXPERIENCE THAT with Tony Peters--he is a warm, very friendly and compassionate practitioner who ,is completely focused on who's in front of him, and he takes his time. He loves his music which fills the open, daylight filled space he works in and he makes everyone feel as welcome as an old friend . And the technique he uses to work out those microscopic trigger points is incredibly effective--I don't know how he finds them.... After my first session with him, I couldn't believe I had so many spots--my body was buzzing ...I really needed that! Don't hesitate to go to see him.

My colleague presented me with a Nimmo massage gift certficate to Dr. Peters, and I was, and continue to be very pleasantly surprised and satisfied with the results. I had been experiencing pain in the neck and shoulder region for years (I like most, carry all of my stress there) and my treatment results have not been fleeting; there is continuous improvement. Unlike other chiropractors whose "one-size-fits-all" manual adjustments create temporary relief, Dr. Peters' approach is multi-faceted and suited to fit his clients' needs. Thank you!

After not having much luck finding a good chiropractor in Charlotte and the Ballantyne area, I finally scored with Dr. Tony Peters. If you're looking for a quick snap, crackle and pop, then Dr. Peters isn't for you. I have disc problems in my lower back but like to stay pretty active with golf and basketball. Unfortunately, I have been limited at times with my mobility and flexibility in recent years. However, Dr. Peters has isolated my problem, gotten down to the root of my pain and helped me stay active with very little discomfort. I definitely recommend Dr. Peters and think he is no doubt, the best in town!

When it comes to chiropractic care, Dr. Tony Peters is the best in town. As a fellow health care practitioner with a reputation of over 6 years of work, Tony is the only chiropractic physician I refer my clients to. His ability to achieve results and work with precision is above the rest. Not only that, but his reputation for honesty, compassion, and knowledge of the work exceed him. If you looking for quality chiropractor, look no further than Tony Peters!

After trying a massage at Dr. Peter's location I was thoroughly happy after branching out from my massage therapist of three years. I am very picky about my massage therapist. I paid the $49 for the deep tissue session. Erica was my therapist and I have no complaints whatsoever with the service received. I tipped $20 at my usual rate. As soon as I left I was ready to return for my next visit. When I called back to schedule the session I was stopped from hanging up at the end of the call by the statement that the $49 "special" was over. I was SHOCKED that the price had raised 30% to $70. I wasn't aware that the price was a special. For years and years I have used the cleaners next door and noticed that the price for massage was$49. I really like using the service there and had to break the news to my current therapist that I wouldn't be returning having found a new home. Now I have to make the call to beg to get back into her schedule. Perhaps after flowers and loads of grove... Read more

I had gone to previous chiropractors and was skeptical of their care. A friend of mine who is a massage therapist recommended Dr. Peters to me saying he was very holistic. That was the primary issue with the previous chiropractors who seemed more into manipulations and physical therapy like treatments. I also went to physical therapy which is limited in what it can achieve. I had serious lower back pain from a recent injury that aggravated a previous hip and knee pain from which I needed serious relief as it was chronic. I went to Dr. Peters and was immediately impressed with how personable he was and caring about my ailments. He took the time to fully assess my condition and recommended a treatment plan to let me know what to expect. His combination of care practices goes beyond just chiropractic and effectively treats your body as a whole. After being in his care for four months along with other types of therapy my pain has been greatly reduced and I feel practically whole again! He ... Read more

If there's a way to describe Dr. Peters, it's all those above. Dr. Peters takes time to 1) listen, 2) develop a systematic approach, 3) apply that approach and 4) care about your well being beyond pain. He constantly is up to date on the latest approaches. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Peters and would send my family to him without any reservation because there's no doubt he would take excellent care of them all. If you need a chiropractor, do not hesitate to visit Dr. Peters' office.

I found Dr. Tony and Jan through a friend and have been going for the past two years. They are wonderful. They offer so much mor than just basic chiro care. From the painful massage (which is well worth it by the way) to the yoga type exercises afterwards you leave feeling refreshed and new.... I recommend them to anyone call today..............

Dr. Peters is a decent general chiropractor as he does not employ any modern day techniques such as X Rays and other chiropractic related treatments such as spinal decompression that would be beneficial to so many people. There is no structured program in place either and as such I would only recommend for basic pains but you will not be able to effectively identify a underlying root cause of your problems at his clinic.

I've suffered from neck and lower back pain since college. Any time I was under stress the mobility in my neck became so bad I had trouble with normal tasks such as driving, working, or just playing with my kids. The kicker was when I started having trouble standing straight up after sitting for any length of time - I'm 41 years old and had to walk hunched over holding my lower back like an old lady! There are tons of Chiropractors in Charlotte and everyone had a different opinion so I decided to try my luck online - I actually found Dr. Peters on Citysearch and booked an appointment based on all the great reviews. Jan was able to work me in the next day and checked my insurance to be sure the appointments were covered before I arrived. I've been a patient of Dr. Peters for approximately 2 months now and my pain is GONE! I started feeling relief after the first visit and the improvement in my mobility is truely amazing - I"m not an old lady anymore! The appointments are long... Read more

I saw Tony over a year ago for migraines and let me tell you, I never for one second thought a chiropractor could help me and I couldn't have been more wrong. I was blown away by how wonderful I felt after, even months after. He is professional, he is personable, funny and really cares about your well being. I will NEVER go anywhere else. I even tried foot detox for the first time there and it was quite the experience. I'm going to start making it a regular thing. I even have my fiance going for the foot detox. Its amazing. Tony isn't just a chiropractor but he becomes a friend. His assistant Jan is amazing also. She welcomes you like she has known you for years. I LOVE IT! The atmosphere is open, music is going, lighting is toned down, pretty much all lighting from outside, it just feels good. If you have something bothering you, from migraines to back ache, to muscle soreness....Dr. Tony Peter's is the MAN!

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Peters for about 6 months now- she for general wellness (chiro and acupuncture) and I for car accident recovery (chiro, acupuncture, range of motion). We're always impressed by not only the professionalism and honesty of Dr. Peters and his team, but by their results. I've fully recovered to the point where I can exercise fully and without limits. Dr. Peters and his team also helped me fine-tune my diet and daily exercise habits. Dr. Peters and his team provide take a holistic approach that cures the problem, not just the symptoms. They're proactive, knowledgeable and great communicators. My wife and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr Peters takes the time to analyze what is the root cause of pain and addresses it with multiple tools in a very effective and professional manner. He is never in a rush, listens to all your concerns and offers honest advise. And he can be trusted, what else could you ask for?

When I relocated to Charlotte, I left behind my favorite chiropractor and also my accupuncturist. I lost all my progress in my first year here. When I found Dr. Peters, I was in bad shape. Through a regimen of regular, focused visits I returned to good health in a short time and found myself looking for ways to optimize my refound well being. He's now my accupuncturist as well, and my source for detox supplies.

I had had chronic lower back pain since I was a teenager, so bad, that I would be in the bed for several days about every 3 months. So when I got pregnant I was very nervous about how I was going to carry this baby, continue working till the end of my pregnancy, and care for my baby after he was born.I had seen other chiropractors, but was never able to get out of the cycle of my back going out every 3 months.. Dr. Peters lovingly cared for me and my unborn child through my pregnancy and assisted us post delivery for strengthening and mobility which has enabled me to care for my little one. 3 years later, (and another baby later) I have minimal pain, and great mobility. My children have had adjustments to assist with their tummy problems and the 'wear and tear' of toddler play. My husband also goes for adjustments from sitting at a computer all day. I am able to bring the kids and the staff at Cafe embrace them with love while I get my adjustment. Dr. Peters helps keep me informed abou... Read more

Wow.. I am an avid runner and in constant need of an adjustment. I had been going to another chiropractor who I thought was doing okay, but then I decided to try someone different and Dr. Peters had a convenient location to my office.. He was amazing, very thoughtful and thorough. I'm a tense person and my other chiropractors couldn't even adjust me half the time - they would laugh and tell me to drink more water. Well, water wasn't exactly my issue! Tony helped me to quickly relax and then really gave me what I have been needing - a REAL adjustment. I released more endorphins in that visit than I ever have during a run! I'm going back. You should give him a try.. he's way above average in my book.

I've learned early in my 20's and now in my 40's of the positive benifits of chiropractic care. From the moment you walk through the door at Dr. Peter's office you are greeted with a smiling face and a natural feel good atmosphere. I've had pain in my neck and throwing arm for about a year taking pain killers that temporarly mask the pain while playing softball. I have now went from the first base position this year back to my position in left field throwing the ball hard again with no pain and no pain killers. During my visits to his office, Dr. Tony and his staff have taught me new strengthing and stretching techniques I take home to use in my daily exercise routine. You can sense the passion he has for what he does and the results have been awsome.

After going to Chiropractors in the past I've never experienced relief of my symptoms in such a short period of time. Dr. Peters Chiropractic wellness plan incorporates the whole body. The experience and the environment are calming and emulate healing. Dr. Peters and his staff are very professional and courteous while providing optimal results. I highly recommend Dr. Peters for preventive care along with treating existing complications.

I'd like to share my first chiropractor experience. I was highly skeptical of chiropractor care, until one day I had severe pain in my foot. My husband suggested I visit Dr. Tony Peters. I laughed as my husband suggested a chiropractor for a sore foot! I decided to keep an open mind and make an appointment with Dr. Peters. Upon my initial visit an analysis was performed on my spine and neck. Much to my surprise, I had severe stress signs up and down my spine. Not only did Dr. Peters assist and heal the issues with my foot, he has relieved the tension in my back and neck in a very short time frame! I would highly suggest Dr. Peters. Dr. Peters has a upbeat, pleasant personality and his passion shows through his work.

Dr. Peters takes the time with each patient - he is NOT the 5 minute "crackk" (this thing won't let me spell this word correctly) your back type of Dr. He takes the time to make sure you are straight, know the problems and how to resolve them. The environment is pressure free, he nor his staff tries to sell you additional services or products, but does have other services available if you desire. Dr. Peter's staff is awesome as well and take the same approach to patient care - the ONLY chiropractor that spends TIME with their patients to ensure a positive experience and health benefit. I am very lucky to have a great Dr. like Dr. Peters!

On my way to age 73, I've encountered a few chiropractors when injured. Dr. Peters and his "Cafe of Life" are a welcome relief from the pseudo-professional offices I seen previously. His office is casually, yet carefully operated. The result is a friendly cheerful place where bodies are cared for and souls are cheered due to the relaxed atmosphere. His rates are extremely fair. The staff takes pride in knowing each patient by name - no "take a number and sign in" here! And you don't have to buy extra meds, goods or services. Since being under his care, I have been able to stop taking Tylenol, Ibuprophen and other painkillers. Thanks, Doc!

Dr. Peters was the best chiropractor I have been to. He confidently and thoroughly explained what I could expect from my first visit. Upon initial consultation he told me what I could expect. Dr. Peters made sure that I understood how my musculature, skeletal, and nervous system work in my overall health. I was extremely pleased with his bedside manner. There was absolutely NO PRESSURE nor did he try to sell me services that I didn't need or want. I feel confident, as I continue my treatment with Dr. Peters, that I will indeed feel better for life!

Dr. Peters of Cafe of Life Chiropractic has a compassionate approach his practice. He customizes your chiropractic treatment based on your individual needs at the time of your visit. His focus is not on a short term solution, he gives you the skills and knowledge to obtain overall wellness, through a combination of chiropractic care, massage & trigger point therapies, as well as advises you on diet and nutritional options. His natural health & healing processes allow you to relieve stress from your body & mind. He relieves you of the burden of relying on prescription medications to mask your pain & not correct your problems. His full service offices also offers aqua chi treatments, swedish or deep tissues massage, wellness equipment as well as opportunities to work with a life coach - should you desire. His love of chiropractic and true care for his patients shows in the amount of personal time he gives each patient. Dr. Peters treats not only me, but my pre-elementary & element... Read more

Some chiropractors are the used car salesmen of the medical world, pitching strange pseudo-healing nonsense. Not Dr. Peters. He takes a whole-body view of health: bones, musculature, nutrition, physical therapy & rehabilitation. He explains any problems he finds and details what he'll do to address them, and he seeks to resolve problems in a short time so patients aren't coming back over and over -- they're healed as soon as possible, and they learn how to care for themselves. Excellent office staff. I'm so lucky I found them.
