Dr. Move

This is the best experienced I have ever had. The guys know what are they doing, they are very nice The price is excellent! I had a lot of stuff and they took just one trip for all my stuff, when other companies were trying to charge me for two trips. Another great thing that I found is that the package I chose didn't charge for gas! That was great too!. Listen if you want to avoid extra expenses, this is the best company to call. I made a lot of research before hiring these guys and believe me, I am pretty picky about prices, quality service and efficiency. I would hire them again without doubt.

I have used Dr Move 4 times now. Every time was great, but this last time was excellent. I picked up all of my packing supplies a week prior to the scheduled move date at their offince conveniently located in Las Colinas near Northlake College, and got busy packing. The girls in the office were super friendly, and helpful. Moving can be so stressful. I was greeted on time by a crew of 3 guys and a larger truck than expected which meant everything went in one load. :) The guys worked hard, and were diligent. They were helpful in the re-installation of my wahser/dryer, bed, and other things that required breakdown and later reassembly. A Special Thanks to Claudia, you are a sweetheart, and Juan and his crew, you guys were awesome!!! Dr. Move, you really did Heal My Moving Pains!!!

4 stars I just used Dr. Move to move me from an apartment in Las Colinas to an apartment in Keller. The movers were on time and very efficient. It took a little longer to move than anticipated, and my boyfriend and I had to help to speed the process along, but all-in-all my experience with Dr. Move was great. I would recommend them to anyone looking for movers.

I love DrMove.com! 1. I got a quote online at starbucks. 2. Then I paid my deposit. 3. Finally the movers came on the moving date and moved me. (the movers where late, but office called to let me know before hand) 4. The price never change......!.....wow Regarding their movers being late, it state on their quote that the appointment is a all day appointment. So read the contract so you understand the company"s rules and if you do read you will not be upset later....lol A

I never used this DrMove.com but I would come home and have ads placed on my door all of the time. That is extremely annoying. Today I cam home and the person had taped the add over my keyhole. So i was forced to set all of my groceries down and remove the ad before being able to enter my home. This alone is a reason I will never use this company

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE... They are wonderful on the phone when your arraigning the move but that's where it ends! They showed up an hour and a half late. The "professional uniformed movers" and "new clean equipment" consisted of three men who didn't speak English one of which had on a Dr. Move t-shirt - his uniform, I suppose. They showed up with a nice 26ft trailer with logo but pulled by a beat up old truck. Seriously, it had holes in the side. It took 8 hours to do a job that should have been completed in 5. They damaged furniture but have no idea how it happened (they dropped it, that's how it happened). One guy tried to carry a 6' x 4' chest of drawers down a flight of stairs by himself resulting in a big hole in the wall. Fortunately, the wall caught the furniture when it fell or it would have crushed him. Dr.Move did such a great job on my move. I moved my house from Irving to Plano and we had a lot of furniture. I got the largest vehicle and three men to help me move. These men were hard working and professional. It was very hot moving and I know it must have been a really hard job. I had no trouble moving, and I have no complaints for Dr.Move. It might be a little bit more expensive than the other companies but you get what you pay for and I definelty did get a great service. Thanks Dr.Move Jill

Good Service, professional, these guys were fast. I had Miguel, him and his helper were experts in moving my furniture. I was so impressed that I gave them a generous tip.

Dr.Move was a blessing! My mom had to be moved into a retirement home and they did a superb job. They went to her house, took apart all of her furniture, wrapped it and put it back together. My mom was so happy her move went well she bought the movers lunch! Thanks for helping me and my mom out.

awesome awesome awesome!!! Loved this service. I'm a college student and a pretty lazy one at it. I did not want to move all of my stuff back home for the summer. I called Dr.Move, got a cheap rate (you know us college students are broke) and they came out that next weekend and moved me. It was so easy and cheap, I even had extra to tip them. Moved from Austin to Dallas and I'm glad Dr.Move moved me. They came from Dallas to my place in Austin, protected all of my furniture, and moved me in the same day to Dallas. When i was looking for other companies to move me most of them had shared moving (they would put my belongings with someone else's in the same truck). I really didn't like that idea. So when i found Dr.Move they sounded very professional and they were. Juan was my mover and him and his helpers did a great job, better than I could have done.

I'm not that big of a guy, therfore, I must use a moving company when I move around. Dr. Move was the best choice that I have ever made. I've used other companies in the past and they were horrible. Dr. Move was very professional. Thanks for helping me out..

I had the best moving experience with Dr. Move. They were professional and efficient. The movers got to my house in the time frame provided, padded everyhing that I wanted them to, and even took apart my bedroom funiture and washer and dryer. The guys knew exactly what they were doing and I felt comfortble using this company. I wil recommed them to everyone!!!

This would be our second time using Dr.Move and I'm glad we called them again to help us. We Moved during the weekend of Valentine's Day. Juan and the crew came in around 9am. Dismantled our beds, washer and dryer. They took very good care of our furniture and followed instructions to the dot. Our 2 bedroom apartment was moved in a timely manner and I know they worked hard because we moved into the third floor. Needless to say I had the same pleasant experience as last year when we first used them. At a rate of $89/Hr it was definitely worth it as we did not have to lift a finger. Highly Recommend!!!!!!

DR. Move is such a bad service, I will never recommend any one. Our move was scheduled at 5:00 pm on Friday , they never called to say they are running late, when we called at 6:30 they said they are late and will be there at 9:00 pm. We requested to keep us informed, but they never, it was 10:00 , 11:00 , 12:00....every time I tried to call they put us on answering machine they never returned back and when I called them next day in the morning they said they will move us first , and then again no status update.... At 11:00 am on Saturday they said they are not sure when they can move us.....! this was the hight! horrible... They are not at all professional.... In Addition to this they charged me $150 for deposit and they said they will not refund my deposit! After talking hard they finally agreed to return back my deposit.. we asked to send confirmation email, they never, as usual. I just used Dr. Move to move my Home from Flower Mound to Southlake TX. The movers came with a very clean moving truck and had all the necessary tools to handle my furniture and some expensive Artwork. Every piece of furniture was covered with pads and they took very good care of it. My wife was very happy that the movers disassembled all of our beds and disconected our appliances like our washer and dryer and refrigerator and put it back together once at the new home. The movers seemed to have a good attitude all the time, which was surprising because we were moving under 103 degree weather!! I would definitely recommend Dr. Move as a good, honest and proffesional moving company.
