Dr. Jacqueline Fulop-Goodling

My teeth look nothing like was promised in the Invisalign progression. All work is performed by the assistants. The doctor does not see the patients after the initial sell. When I asked to be seen by her and pointed out the discrepancy between what was promised and what was delivered, she became quite rude and standoffish and refused to correct anything. It is true that there were a lot more negative reviews but now they are gone. She should focus more on treating her patients than spending time cleaning up negative reviews.

Not sure what the bad reviews are about; I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Fulop's practice. Ava is extremely helpful scheduling an appointment that works with your calendar and someone will always call the day before to remind you. The waiting times are reasonable and the technicians friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Fulop herself will do all initial exams and critical-stage checkups. She is always available for questions, concerns or advise. My treatment has ended, so no need for me to go back, but I would definitely recommend Dr. Fulop to others. The only drawback would be that she does not come cheap and most health insurance plans are not accepted. I still give the practice 5 stars; it's worth the money for a clean, professional and friendly office...

I made an appt and cancelled it however her staff repeatedly called me to come in for a free consultation. I was not told the truth. First of all I was told she was there all the time. She's at a different office everyday which means she doesn't have much business or lost what she did have. She gave me the wrong advice and told me I could have braces and my teeth woudl be done within 10-12 months. I never should have had braces with my particular situation. She then began yelling at me telling me I was a not telling her the truth about my situation. Then I was asked to pay $75 for an xray when I was told the consult was free. I went back at her and just left in disgust. There have been several negative reviews on her but they disappear. I found a ton of complaints against her last year but they are gone. I think she writes her own reviews so be careful. And I'm tired reading about her blond hair. She says patients don't like her or think she's a doctor because she's blonde. This is... Read more

The staff is great. Dr,Jacquie is the best employer that I've ever worked for. She's very patient and layed back. If there are any concerns or problems she'll sit down and talk to you, she never yells or makes you feel like your not important. At the end of the day she always says "Thanks for everything today, you were a big help" and in the morning she comes into all of our rooms to say "Good Morning" with a kiss on the cheek :) Anytime she goes on a trip she always thinks about us and brings us back a gift. Ava is the glue that holds us together. She's stern but she's like big teddy bear. Her intentions are always for the best. This is the best place that I've ever worked. I only wish that more places of employment treated their workers with the love and understanding like we do here.

I found Dr. Jacquie by chance, because her office was located in midtown Manhattan and I wanted to start using Invisalign, which she is the queen of at least here in New York. Little did I know I'd come across the best dental service I'd ever had; an office where everyone is not only a top-notch professional but also personable in a way you don't find elsewhere. I did the full treatment (Invisalign) with them, both upper and lower teeth, and Dr. Jacquie respected my needs, schedule and preferences all along (such as the fact that I didn't want to do upper and lower teeth at the same time, which made the treatment much longer than usual. She said I had to feel comfortable about it, and that was the most important thing). They even adapted to my constant traveling by giving me all the trays I'd need while I was out of NY so it wouldn't delay the treatment. don't let dr. jacquie's good looks deceive you... and after reading this review, don't be surprised when you overpay for treatment, have to be squeezed in to inconvenient office hours (only in manhattan on tuesdays and thursdays), and endure an incredibly long wait just to be treated by a technician NOT by a doctor. $6000 later, i would not recommend this "practice" to anyone!

All my contact with Dr. Jacquie and her staff has been very professional. My calls are returned promptly and courteously and I look forward to visiting her office, as her site describes, it is very relaxing under the circumstances! I know Dr. Jacquie has the best training and most-up-to-date technology for Invisalign and therefore, highly recommend that she be your orthodontist.

When you get good service I believe you should let everyone know. My 11yr old daughter went to Dr. Jackie for braces and transformed not only her smile but her self confidence as well. My daughter was so insecure about her teeth and knowing my little one didn't like to smile because the way her teeth looked broke my heart. Dr. Jackie was so understanding and addressed every concern we had. Her staff was amazing and a great help at explaining every procedure and making her help comfortable. After a 1 1/2 her braces were off and she gets so many compliments on how beautiful her smile is. DR. JACKIE WE CAN"T THANK YOU ENOUGH! I now bring my other child to her as well as myself. I have invisalign and I love it.
