Very professional office staff. Dr. Beydoun did a great job. He was very kind and thoughtful also with my 13 year old daughter. I was very impressed!!

There's a reason why this place is so highly rated. Definitely a good experience. I've never experienced a more caring and thorough dental examination and follow up. The service is top notch and pleasant atmosphere make it all the better. My smile has never looked better.

I have been searching forever for a dentist who is sensitive to persons who have bad teeth. I have like 80% fillings, most of them are the silver/black ones so it is not a good look. My first visit was yesterday and the receptionist was greatttttt!!! She is very pleasant and assisted me with everything. The dentist (can't remember his name) was so sweet. When he looked at my xrays he did not comment about my teeth and all the fillings I had, unlike a past dentist I had went to. That was very embarasing btw. But this dentist reassured me that all is not lost and he gave me a couple of options to making my smile look better. That is what I like to hear. That you are leaving it up to me to make my own choice. So I am having all the dark fillings that are visible when I smile, replaced with the white one. Now this review is just based on my initial consult. But when I go get actual work done I will be sure to post a review.

I have to admit, I never thought I'd be psyched enough about a dentist to go online and write a review. Dr. Beydoun and Dr. Valpochello is that good. It really felt more like I was hanging out with friends than paying to get my gross teeth cleaned. I've got some dental problems and was kind of worried that I was going to get yelled at for not taking care of them sooner. Everyone at downtown dental was totally matter-of-fact and didn't harp on me at all (though they did make sure I know what needs to be done). Annett is probably the best hygenist on earth - she's the main reason I felt like I was hanging out with friends. VERY nice and down to earth, yet she was still professional and gave my teeth a sparkly clean. Roberta and everyone else I met were super nice as well. Again, extremely approachable and friendly. Dr. Beydoun was recommended to me by my co-workers. I found him to be very generous with his time and very patient in explaining his treatment suggestions to me and answering my questions. His work is extremely meticulous and methodical without any discomfort. He completed three implants and Dr. Valpochello six upper veneers. I'm not longer self-conscious about my teeth which has been a great benefit to me both professionally as well as socially. I'm very grateful to be his patient.

I am definitely not the type of person that gushes about an experience or a purchase, but my recent visit to the dentist prompted me to search Google and spend some time to thank my dentist, Dr. Beydoun, for his amazing work and bedside manner. I recently had to undergo full-mouth reconstruction, when I could not take the throbbing pain from the 8 teeth in my mouth in need of repair. As it sounds, and as you can imagine, it was both painful in the wallet and in the mouth, but Dr. Beydoun, made the experience about as good as it could be. When they say, I'd rather go to the dentist, this was definitely the one time, I would agree in a non-sarcastic manner! Greatest Dentist I found Downtown Dental Studio on Google because of great reviews. I am MORE than pleased. From the receptionists being so friendly and remembering me by name, to the dental assistant and hygienist being funny and informative, I LOVE this dentist. Dr. S. is smart and youthful. Plus, I had never had a filling before and all three (yes three) were done in 45 minutes PAINLESSLY. I love this dentist. Go there. Really.

I landed on Dr Silvers door step yesterday after finding their office information on Yelp and Google. You see, I had a front tooth fall right out. Not a big deal if you are 8, a very big deal at 43. I had a previous Dentist - you know, the ones with the fancy schmancy office, the low voices, the very expensive decor, and ZERO patient care or love. I wanted and needed a new dentist, and now. I was hoping to finally connect with a talented, honest, caring, compassionate, great results Dentist and office, for both my daughter and I, and guess what, I found them! Dr S and his amazing staff took me right in!! I now have a tooth that I desperately needed, my SMILE back, and a new Dentist for my daughter and I! I recommend Dr. Silver and Downtown Dental Center The most important factor anyone should consider is experience. I came to Dr. Silver after my previous dentist sold her practice to a couple of newly licensed dentists, who had very little experience and I was not happy. I am condfident with Dr. Silver and his experience. Also, another important factor to consider is whether the dentist you chose is a dentist first and business person second. I have been to dentists before when I had the distinct feeling I was being sold things I did not need. This is not the case with Dr. Silver. I was very happy when he reviewed my X-rays with me and went over them. Dr. Silver explains things and is comprehensive and you don't feel as if you are being rushed. Additionally, I feel the hygienists Galina spend TOP quality time with me and that I get my money's worth. Thumbs up to Dr. Silver and Downtown dental .

Dr. Silver is the most caring and gentle human being I've ever met. After a procedure, he even called me through the weekend to make sure I was doing OK. This is going to be my dentist forever and I have even recommended him to several of my co-workers. I can't believe someone had a negative experience here. By the way, fillings do decay and need to be replaced over time, do a Google search. If there were more stars I would give it a higher rating.

The entire office focuses on customer service - one of the best experiences in any dental setting I've ever experienced. I highly recommend Doctor and his staff! About Hygienist: Galina is my current hygienist. She is warm, gentle, and thorough. My pass experience in the dentist's chair has been miserable, until I went to DownTown Dental, they have the most compassionate dentist I've ever had. They understands and therefore can take away the fear and pain. The work done on my teeth was Top qualty, plus the ability to make me relax and feel comfortable. I have been going to this dental office for the past two years and I am really happy with their doctors and hygienists. Galina's cleanings are the best I ever got and I do recommend her highly. I also had a couple of fillings, one root canal and one crown; they were all done in a very timely and professional manner by the 2 doctors working in this office.

I loved the staff so welcoming and always smiling (not like a lot of places where assistants are so aggressive). My dentist was the most gentile dentist eer had. He avoided to performe a lot of useless work that a previous dentist recommended. Too bad they are not in network with my new dental insurance. Anyway they help me to file everything on my behalf. I hadn't seen a dentist in over three years and was having some discomfort. Dr. Beydoun first saw me in his office (which is more than I can say for my last dentist) and took the time to listen and get to know me. Afterwards, he gave me an exam, and just as I feared, I needed a lot of work. Long story short, his prices were very reasonable, accepted my insurance, and whatever was left over, I conveniently financed. I was extremely fearful and Dr. Beydoun used medication to relax me. Truly, I don't remember the experience. I really liked how clean the office was and his front desk staff is so nice. My regular dentist had told me to go to one oral surgeon that he works with, but I found Dr. Beydoun on my own. I had read on many dental websites about the benefits of using a periodontist for implants. Dr. Beydoun was on my insurance plan list. My insurance did not cover the dental implants but did cover the examination and x-rays. I had a Zoom Whtening treatment and a couple of fillings with Dr Factor last week. I couldn't rate him more highly-- the office was ultramodern and not threatening in the least for people who are frightened of the dentist's chair. Both he and his staff were very friendly and reassuring and listened to my concerns before the treatment, which was reasonably quick and had excellent results. Highly recommended. Nick, NYC.

Dr. J is a patient, skilled dentist. He took the time to explain every step he was taking, and he made sure I had no pain -- even the anesthetic injections were painless. If you're uncomfortable about seeing a dentist (like I was), Dr. J is a great doctor to see. Downtown dental team is only dentists team I've ever looked forward to seeing. All of them compassionate, puts yours fears to rest with their warm sense of humor, and have never hurt me with any procedure in the 3 years I've gone to him.

I would highly recommend Dr. J. I started seeing him back in 2003 when I started working in the WFC . I have since left that job, but I still go back to Downtown dental. Although, I have gone to different dentists, no other dentist was able to show me the degree of courtesy, kindness, and honesty as doctors in Downtown dental studio. I LOVE IT !!!!!! Downtown dental studio is AWESOME and has been very helpful with my dental needs. They did a great job on my implants and I'm very happy with the results. I have been going to dental studio for about 2 years now and she ( Dental Hygienist) has newer hurt me.That's saying a lot when it comes to dental work. I was referred to downtown dental studio by a coworker when I first moved to New York. I'm so happy I found this office! They are incredibly gentle, and every visit has been painless. Doctors and staff takes the time to explain each procedure My smile looks great. I especially like the Zoom whitening...what a difference and very cheap( cost me just $299.00 )! I could not believe that dentist visit could be a pleasant experience. Last week I had a implant placed by Dr. Beydoun. It took two quick pain and stress free visits. Doctor makes sure that patient is satisfied 100%. The cleanings by Galina is a top-notch. You could truly feel their devotion to quality. I've been with some very high-end dentists before but I was never as satisfied as with this doctor. The environment is very friendly and welcoming. Office is bright and fresh. They completely take care of all insurance issues.

I can't beleive the amazing service these guys offer. Not only were they on time for my cleaning, but I everyone there is very personable. The waiting area has a wonderful current diverse selection of magazines, and if you don't feel like looking at a magazine, just enjoy the flat panel tv.

Dr. Beydoun is a doctor that you can actually talk to! He don't rush you through the process and you feel at ease to ask him about anything. No pressure for procedures and he explains everything. His entire staff makes your visit enjoyable. From the time you check in with Galina to the time Dr. Beydoun sees you, you feel welcomed and appreciated. I wish all doctor's were like him! Dr. Janash has done an excellent job on my teeth, but his work ethic is what stood out the most. He really cares about his patients and their comfort level. His main concern is that people walk in and out of his office with a smile (even after major dental work). He is always glad to answer any questions and concerns and will talk with you about the proceedure until you feel comfortable going forward with the visit. It's as if he's working with you, not working on you. He explains every option I have for my problematic teeth by clarifying the pros and cons and leaving the final decision in my hands. The final result has far exceeded my expectations, but more importantly, his considerate and compassionate manner is what truly makes him the best dentist I have ever had. been to them several times now...first off, why are all of their patients so incredibly good looking - is this a must? anyway, teriffic end-result. i was thrilled. cannot compare what i had before to what i have now. like the sun and the moon. the dr. has magic hands - i swear! and so efficient. always get me in and out on my lunch hour. never a delay. they are like clock work over there.
