I loved this movie

Hollywood does its usual bang up job of research. She could be tried for violating hubby's civil rights and pull down about 20 big ones. Remember all those civil rights prosecutions in the South?

You learn something new everyday. I didn't know that you can't be tried for crime twice. Good movie and the husband got what he deserved. Although, I would have tortured him a little more.

OK, predictable.

The plot was pretty typical, and Jones's character in this film reminded me very much of the one he played in "The Fugitive". The acting was OK, but Bruce Greenwood and Ashley Judd stole the show in this film. A good movie to rent- but I wouldn't reccomend it if you are looking for a provocative thriller.

Oscar-calibur performances by Judd and Jones make this film unforgettable, and keep it going like a roller coaster. Twists and turns keep the film alive.

An excellent script acted out by fantastic actors.

This movie has lots of action and suspense in it, and I think that both Ashley Judd and Tommy Lee Jones did good in it.

I found this to be a really good movie. It keeps you interested and on the edge of your seat throughout the whole movie. It's well acted and worth the watch.

This story was handheld, meaning that the story was done like a basic outline. Now don't misunderstand what I'm saying, the movie was enjoyable for several reasons that I will mention, however, it was a black hat bad guy white hat good guy tale and that's too easy to polish. The lines could have been written in a more compelling fashion to lift the viewers ear as well as their eye. As always I enjoy Ashley Judd's feminine passion to win and the way that she makes that part of each role somehow (see 'The Passion of Darkly Noon' it really shows Ashley Judd's catlike qualities that will entice both sexes and bring rapture to your mind). Tommy Lee Jones always shines in his roles, however, the dialogue that he was given seemed to reach for pungency that wasn't there between the letters. In complete opinion of this movie I would tell Ashley Judd fans to see it, but not to expect too much.

Average. Sadly - very very average. Nothing new. No surprises. Typical plot. Average acting. I am glad I rented it instead of going vs. my stupid fellas.

This was an okay rental movie for a lazy night at home, if you slept throught part of it, you didn't miss much. I find Ashley very easy to look at and have enjoyed her in other movies, but this was nothing to be proud of for either her or Tommy Lee Jones.

This movie has a good plot, kinda similar to The Fugitive. Ashley Judd is great in her part. She's beautiful and caring, but strong and independent, as well. A little cheesy at the end, but still very exciting and entertaining.

the ONLY good thing about this movie is it's 2 stars performances. This movie sucked !!

You won't come to any introspective revelations because of this film, but it is a rollercoaster of surprising action. You really get drawn into the plight of this much wronged mother and run with her on this race to ultimate revenge. Ashley Judd is beautiful and convincing.

I have seen this movie twice. I really enjoyed the movie. I am glad Ashley Judd played the role instead of Jodi Foster. However, the part where she is in prison may have dragged on too long.

I loved this movie from the start to the end. It was suspensful and kept me at the edge of my seat. I loved the leading actress, Ashley Judd, and I loved to hate her husband. It was an excellent movie.

Ashley Judd was great in this film. It is action packed and kept the audience in suspense. It was good to see a female playing the lead role as an intelligent, outsmarting character. The only problem was that the movie was a bit predictable at the end.

This is a good crime thriller movie. I enjoy Ashly Judd's movies. I also enjoy movies with New Orleans in the location.

Ashley is great to look at, but the movie is very predictable.

This is a drama about a woman whose husband tries to frame her for his own death. I was glued to the screen of what was going to happen next and will she ever get justice. This was an excellent film and I enjoy movies with Ashly Judd and Tommy Lee Jones.

I love Ashley Judd-so I loved this movie. The woman is a wonderful actress and to put it in Tommy Lee Jones was superb.

The movie was interesting but the actors were not in to there charactors. It was a good story though.

It's okay. I think Tommy Lee Jones wasn't really into the acting. He looked as if he's not interested throughout the whole film.

So disappointing. Tommy Lee Jones, who is such a great actor, is wasted in this lousy film. Jones is given about the same role he had in The Fugitive, with Ashley Judd serving in Harrison Ford's Fugitive role. But this movie is nowhere near as good as The Fugitive. I wouldn't even recommend this as a rental.
