    My wallet fell out of my coat and they were honest and polite enough to actually go to the effort of locating me and returning it with all of my belongings still in it!!! I was truly pleased with the honesty and reliability of this company. Thanks Juan!!

    I left my cell phone in the cab, and the cab driver was able to return it to me with in an hour of leaving it in the cab. If it weren't for Juan Hernandez in the main office, I would have not been able to reach the cab driver! Juan, thanks again, my cell is my life and business!

    I pre-ordered my taxi to pick me up at O'Hara for arrival and at another location the following day for departure from Chicago. The driver, Mr. Ottman, was on time both days, in fact early! Very polite and professional. I would highly recommend Dispatch Taxi Service. The office staff was extremely helpful and called me back with the driver's name and phone number prior to my departure. I travel frequently and have found little or no customer service when it comes to taxis. This was a nice and welcomed change. Other companies could take a lesson in customer service from Dispatch Taxi. A+++++++ service!

    One of these cabs was following my friend through a neighborhood, riding on her tail honking at her. She parked at a friend's house and noticed the driver had gone into a house up the street. When he came out and drove towards her, she threw him the finger, to which he pulled over and chased her down with a tazer. After pinning her to a wall and screaming at her, he grabbed the glasses off her face and took off. This man obviously has no respect for the visually impared and cost her five hundred dollard in insurance money. Look out for 3470, appearently the night driver.

    I came in from out of town and I flagged a Dispatch Taxi Cab. I did not know where I was at. You could basically say I was lost. I do not remember the cab number that I was in but he was one of the nicest driver/person I have ever met. He helped me find were I was going. He also made me feel very safe and comfortable at the same time.Next time I come to Chicago I will be using DISPATCH TAXI 4SURE!!!!

    I left a wallet in the cab and the contents were mailed back to me within the week without me ever getting in touch with the driver. I will be sure to use Dispatch when I get back to Chicago again.

    After reading all these reviews it seems that this taxi is awful. Don't look at good reviews, because those are not real, you can see that if you read closely. I was going to hire them for my trip to o'hare, but there is no way I'm doing it now.

    IVE BEEN TAKING CAB RIDES TO WORK AND THE AIRPORT FOR THE PAST EIGHT YEARS, SINCE IVE MOVED TO CHICAGO. AMERICAN UNITED, YELLOW, FLASH, CHECKER, GLOBE, AND THE WORST OF THEM ALL OH MY GOD CARRIAGE CAB!!! HAVE ALL BEEN VERY UNRELIABLE AND MOST OF THEM VERY RUDE !! I HAVE USED ( DISPATCH TAXI SERVICE FOR THREE MONTHS NOW AND I WILL NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE EVER AGAIN) THEY HAVE THE MOST HONEST AND EXPERIENCED DRIVERS I HAVE EVER MET ESPECIALLY ONE OF THE BROTHERS WHO I RODE WITH SEVERAL TIMES THAT GAVE ME THE BUSINESS CARD.     We called Taxi Cab affiliation an hour before we needed it to pick us up to reserve it and make sure we would be on time to our dinner reservations. The cab was supposed to be at our house at 6:45 p.m. and while we were waiting patiently the cab service called at 7:20 p.m. to inform us that they had nothing available to send. Not only did we not get a cab ride we lost our seating for our reservations. They should have known or told us they couldn't accomedate us or at least have someone on the way to be available for us. Awful customer service in my book!!

    I jumped a cab on a Sat morning ralatively early, the cab did his job and drove me the location requested. I had a little cash but chose to pay via Credit Card and then tip him with cash. Everything went great until I looked at my credit card statement....the charge was double what it cost. I then remembered that I never got a receipt for the ride, probably b/c it was blizzard like weather. Anyway I recommend paying with cash when you use this cabbie, otherwise you can get ripped!

    Ordered a taxi on a Saturday night to be picked up from a difficult location to find in downtown Chicago. The Dispatcher was polite and took my information quickly and gave me an estimate time. The cab arrived promptly and the driver was polite. I was impressed with how well they responded and was happy with their services. I will definitely use this company again!! Thanks

    The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because this is the first time I had ever called to reserve a cab so I have no other experiences to compare it to. I called on a Wed. night to schedule a pickup for 6:00 a.m. the next morning to Union Station. The person who took my reservation was very polite. I was a bit worried about the whole trip because it was the first time in a cab with my newborn (6 weeks old). I let them know that I would be traveling with an infant and that it would take me a minute to get downstairs once the cab arrived. She assured me that they would call to let me know when the cab was there and would wait. As I was still a little skeptical about them remembering my reservation, I called again at 5 the next morning to confirm the booking. All was set and they reassured me I would receive a call when they were at my place (in Logan Square). RIght on schedule, I got a call and the cab was out front.     I must confess I do not know how they treat their customers, but if the way they treat other drivers is any indication..... Tonight I was sitting in traffic on Sheridan Rd. southbound, waiting for the light at Devon to change, when I felt an abrupt thud to the rear of my car. I looked at my rearview mirror and saw it was a cab that had plowed into me (it was damp out), and its driver was yakking on his cellphone. I signalled I was going to pull over; but when the light changed and I did pull into a parking lot on the corner, the driver sped off! I was able to see enough of the driver to give a description, and the words "Dispatch Taxi Affiliation" on the door of the black-and-white cab, but he took off too quickly (switching lanes, no less) for me to get a license number. At least it's a small enough company that I can extrapolate from time records who the driver was....assuming they tell the truth. My bumper is ruined and my neck hurts, BTW.     Richard of Dispatch Taxi was very nice. It was around the holidays and I got in the cab to find out that I had thought I lost my credit card and so I told him to just drop me off wherever. I was becoming a little upset because i had felt bad and I was going to be late for work and he said not to worry about it..that he would take me to work anyway. Luckily I had found my card but was so thankful that he was so thoughtful. Many times I've been in cabs where the drivers are extremely rude and probably would have freaked out at the situation. He was calm and very understanding!

    I just had a really good experience with dispath taxi i need to get from the far north side to downtown to make a meeting i had called yellow before and they never showed up so after waiting 4 them 30 mintues i called dispath and they where there in ten mintues had a nice ride to my meeting the driver was really nice and new how to make me feel at ease that i wasnt going to be late from now on when i need a cab i know who to call thanks dispath thanks new customer

    Sometime last month, I had to be at O'hare Internat'l Airport at 6:00 a.m. My flight was to depart at 7:25 a.m. I had to go to Atlanta for a business purposes. I pre-order for an American United Cab the previous night (for5:15a.m.) to come and get me. UNFORTUNATELY they never showed. So I brought out the"yellow pages" and there it was covering almost half of the page. It read "DISPATCH TAXI O'HARE-MIDWAY-SUBURBS". So i called them. Mind you, I was already running late. The time I called Dispatch Taxi was approximately 6:30. It was unbelievable...as soon as I hung the phone up, the dispatcher called me right back to inform me that my cab was outside of my house (literally 2 minutes later). I rushed out quickly and we were on our way to the airport.     About midnight driver car number 2674 threw a fit of rage and cussed out me and my friend using the F word and other choice words. And I just saw him a couple of days ago still driving. He slammed the door against my hand like a madman. Where do these people come from?

    DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! I almost missed a flight because of their incompetence. I chose them to get me to Midway Airport after reading these reviews, and seeing that they served Midway. I called them at 9:30 in the morning for a 1:30pm pickup. When nobody was there by 1:40 I called, they informed me that since I had given them a bad number they had canceled the order. Apparently they had miswritten 2 instead of 3 when they took down my number (they never read it back to me). I know my own cell phone number, I don't see how this was my fault, but the dispatcher tried to argue it was. I was told he could have a cab for me in 10-30 minutes, but every 15 minutes for the next hour he kept calling me saying he hadn't found a cab and did I still want one. If it hadn't been for a kind hearted friend who rushed me to the airportI wouldn't have made my flight, I got in just as it was boarding.     As a business owner, I recently had the need to be in three places at one time. I Called on Dispatch taxi to send a taxi with a driver that could be trusted. They assured me that I would be happy with my driver. Within minutes the taxi showed up and delivered me to one location for my meeting. I then had the driver go on to deliver important documents to two other locations. Everything went off as planned. Dispatch made my day!

    I used Dispatch to get to work this morning. The driver was friendly and took my on the most expedient and direct route to my office downtown. Sometime in the middle of the am I realized I lost my wallet. I called Dispatch's office and was recieved by a super helpful woman who sympathized with my situation. She put a call out to all the drivers and within two hours I got a call back from the woman at the office saying she had located my wallet. I have lost things in taxis before and never have I dealt with more helpful and professional people when contacting a cab company. In short, have nothing but good things to say about Dispatch!! Thanks again to the driver and dispatch person you made my day....

    Dispatch taxi service is a step above the rest,clearly a example and a leader in the industry. prompt service they have always been on time whith a clean car and a knowledgeable polite driver.I am very pleased with thier performance and would recomend them.
