When I asked about my missing package, the chat agent was very short with me. I didn't feel treated properly as a customer!

The labels on the vials are tiny and not clear. I found it difficult to identify each vial when there were multiple items.

I want to file a chargeback for a transaction. I paid $99 online, but the product never came and their team is not replying.

I ordered Sermoreline from them. After receiving the product, it did not match my expectations. I noticed it does not appear to be a genuine branded product, and I feel like it is a scam.
