I bought two Lance Armstrong workout shirts, each costing $25, as a gift. Unfortunately, they were the wrong size. Five days later when I went to exchange the items for the correct size, I was told that because I did not have the original receipt there would be an additional charge. Megan, my cashier said the additional charge was calculated by going back in the store records to find the lowest ever sale price of the items. I had to pay an additional $13.01 for the exchange. There is no mention of this policy on their website. Nor is there any link on their website to contact them other than their toll free number 877 846-9997. I dialed this number and spoke with Sam. I asked to lodge my complaint and he said only a supervisor could give me the number to their headquarters for complaints but all the supervisors leave at 10pm. Please call back tomorrow.
