    I'm sorry you had a bad experience with our customer service department and I'll see that the issue is corrected and doesn't happen again. However I'd like to personally respond to a couple complaints you posted below. In regards to the calls being sent later than they should have, this is simply not possible the way our system is designed. What could have happened is that a call recipient who missed a call received the message on their voice mail later when they checked it. About the call being difficult to hear, this can happen in 2 situations. One is when the call recipient has the volume on their phone turned low without noticing it. Or secondly there could be an issue with a local telephone provider which happens in rare circumstances. Unfortunately that's just the nature of local phone systems and out of our control; luckily it doesn't happen very often. Lastly about charging for unsuccessful calls is just blatantly incorrect.     I look as using dialmycalls.com a great achievement and success for our local community. I was having a great time with dialmycalls.com and then I call in and the customer service center was a ignorant as could be. I don't know what to think now. Dialmycalls.com sucks as much as possible and after telling me that they do all this different tracking crap... I can't believe it. I read through their terms and agreement form that is listed on their website as The DialMyCalls.com Terms Of Service. I read over the whole two pages and not once did it say they may track the recordings that we send. This is a personal issue and I find it unfair that they will track all the recordings that you record. I would like and explanation for this privacy and I really would appreciate it NOW. I don't find it funny how they invade privacy in the way the do but It is getting unreal people. Like I said, It was a great service when I first started and then it went to an invasion of privacy.
