Dial A Maid

I paid extra for the "custom" clean becuase I wanted my oven and refrigerator cleaned. They said this was not a problem. I left detailed instructions for the ladies of what else I wanted done. I came back 30 minutes later after droppind my daughter off at school and the instructions were in the trash. My oven was not touched. At all. My refridgerator was not touched. There were dirty clothes left on floor NEXT TO the dirty clothes hamper! Supposedly they have a 24 hour guarantee, but she never got back to me after I called her several times. They are very unprofessional. GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE!!! Buckets and Bows do a good job

They cleaned my house once when my regular maid was gone?.I saw the difference and had to go with Dial A Maid they were very good and friendly.

Actually, I would consider them a "no star" rating. I had appointment and they never showed up. I called and they were to check on the cleaners and then call me back. Guess what, I had to call them back and they were to get someone else to clean for me, with no explanation of what happened that morning. Again, their rep never called me back for another appt. I WOULD NEVER, EVER RELY ON THESE PEOPLE.

My sister refered me to Dial-a-Maid and I used them for a one time clean on my house. The ladies were very friendly, and they spoke english so that helped me a lot since I do not know spanish. I will be using them again.

We had a detailed clean by this company any they were really good! I've used many maid services and I'm never happy with the work, but they did an excellent job! I will use them in the future.

I have been using Dial A Maid to clean my apartment. Our agreement was to come every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month. I asked how they would charge my Check Card and I was told that they would charge my account after the cleaning was done. I was scheduled for a cleaning on Friday, January 4, 08. I called and left a voice message on Thursday, January 3, at 1:48pm to cancel my cleaning, asking to please not charge my account because I could not afford it that week and that it would cause problems with my account. Monday, January 7, I checked my checking account online and there was a charge from DAM which caused my account to go into overdraft and charged 2 NSF charges for two items presented. When I finally talked with Krisit about the situation, she was very abusive, yelling and using fowl language. She claimed that she had cancelled the charge and had the confirmation number. These ladies were very detailed and were very friendly. Hope to use this company again in the future.

Had no complaints with the service, ladies were friendly and even spoke good English. I do plan to use them on a regular basis. I'm really happy with Dial - A - Maid!

Some of my cleaning supplies were taken from the house, along with a expensive curtain rod and a Neiman Marcus christmas hand towel. When Kristi did answer my call, she called the cleaning ladies and called me back to let me know they denied taking anything. She was to call me back and let me know how she would handle it and never called back. They are thieves in my opinion. Do not use them!

The ladies clean my house and they really do a wonderful job. The floors looked great and the place smells great when they left. They send the same people everytime so you do not have to wonder who is showing next. I use them on a regular basis and I'm very pleased.

TOTALLY Unprofessional, did not show up for the appointment and did not call to let me know why. Called today and spoke to Christi, lame excuse, one of her people didn't show up and she said she didn't have time to call and let me. This is not a professional company, this is a joke of a company.

This place seriously needs a person to handle phone calls. Looks like the main phone number is a cell phone. The person receiving the phone calls may happen to accept your call. If she does she will tell you that she will call you back never to receive a call back. All other times its the voice mail box that you end up in sort of a black hole!!

It's hard to find good service these days and my friend recommended me to this company and they have done a great job. They also send an english speaking lady which makes it easier on me to let them know what special things I need to be done.

I made my second appointment with them for March 11. They promised they would call with a time they would arrive. They never called me back. I left several voice messages and emails and they just basically bailed on me. I wasted a whole day waiting for them. Very unprofessional customer service. Addendum: If you note, everyone on this list who complained, she attacked personally. She never told me that she did not service Frisco and that it was a one time thing. In fact, she broke two appointments -- she made the appointment, was all friendly and then didn't show. She did this to a coworker of mine also who lived in Carrollton. Before she cleaned my house the first time, she came to look at the house to give me a quote. At that time, she could have refused my business for whatever reason.
