Devin Harris

He has to fill some big shoes in New Jersey, but I think he brings something different to Jersey than Kidd did. Harris has the potential to be a good scoring point guard in this league.

Charles Barkley's pick for best rookie. Devin looked awesome in the preseason, but recently hasn't been getting the minutes to prove himself. I can't say I blame Nellie for going with a proven star (Terry), but I am anxious to watch Harris develop.
