The items were in great condition except ofcourse since the items are manufactured in India, the sound quality of the music was a little substandard considering the advances that have been made in this field today.Books were in good shape and this is one of the few websites where these items are available at a reasonable price.

I just purchased my second item of defective merchandise (Jakata Tales). There seem to be quality-control problems with DesiKnowledge vendors. Also, there is a big difference between English subtitles and English audio. "Krishna" seems to have only subtitles and not English audio, making it useless for my young children.

This is an awesome resource to obtain cultural material. The staff is very helpful and dedicated to good customer service. However, I would really appreciate if sample pages of some of the books would be posted so that we can better judge the contents and/or level of the book(s)prior to making purchases.

Desiknowledge is a valuable website for indian families in the USA. I hope they can increase their Marathi books and videos selection. They offer many items that are invaluable and hard to get in the US. Fast shipping and pretty good prices. Thank you DesiKnowledge!

Instead of adding each book to the cart, since they are of very low value, I feel that it would be beneficial if we have a check-box beside each book on the page and on the bottom of the screen, one button to add all of them to cart, to save users' time.

My only issue with the books I received is that when you state that they are in Hindi/English there should be a specification if it is written in Hindi or phonetic Hindi. My kids nor I speak written Hindi so most of the books we cannot translate.

we received the books after 10 days. i expected faster service. but i still think it is good job where we can get wonderful India book like amar chitra katha. my 8year old son is enjoying every book particularly the panchatantra and jataka tales.

Ordered about 50 ACK comics. The comics arrived within a week. Desi Knowledge included a refund for two comics which they did not have. Very good service, and the kids love the comics, and are learning a lot also.

Better hindi selection, bit difficult to find. Overall, excellent experience, timely delivery and SO great to be able to get my favorite comics online...takes me back to my childhood. Thank you so much! Preeti

Website a bit busy and not as easy as it could be to select age-appropriate materials. It would also be helpful not only to see image of cover, but of sample page (especially for books for young children)

I would like to buy comics and books. But if you built membership account on your website. That could keep record purchased items and keep track and they do not get duplicate comics or books. Thanks.

I received my package earlier this week and I have to say I'm truly impressed by your service. These were comics I had read when I was growing up and I wanted my children to learn about their culture and heritage while growing up in the US. Not only did the comics arrive promptly in a nice packaging, but the extras like the personalized letter made it a great shopping experience on the whole. Items arrived on time.My two year old likes the books I purchased. Wish that they carried more board books similar to the Little Ganesha series for toddlers.
