Department of Defense (DOD)

I don't know much about military affairs. Rather than defending the D.O.D., l prefer we add a new department in our government. "Department of Peace." The Hippies back in 1967 tried to levitate The Pentagon, but maybe we can create a building in the form of a Peace Symbol and call it the Peace Department. Dennis Kucinich came up with that brilliant idea. :)

A black hole into which billions upon billions of dollars are poured with little accountability. The name "Department of War" was much more accurate.

Cut its funding and show weakness: you'll be attacked. Strengthen it, fund it, show resolve: the attacks will stop. Any questions? I'd like to see it become more efficient and more accountable. It would be my opinion that this could only happen with a republican in the White House (though not the present one) as democrats all, invariably come at it with cleavers, rather than trimmers. Do the anonymous onesters think there would be a country here without this department? Fat friggin' chance.

Very nice. This is the big stick that can allow us to speak softly. I suggest a return to this policy. Say it once... WHACK!

One of the few government agencies that need to exist. There would be no country without it.

Department of Unprovoked Offense.

The Department of Defense is unquestionably the most important Executive Department there is, responsible for our national security and for protecting our freedom. This country could not exist without it- belongs at the top of this list.

The only constitutional mandated department in this list and obviously the most important. No defense means no country.

Don't ask me, and i won't tell you.

We had all better rate this one high and start expecting much higher results from it in the near future if we are to survive as a nation.
