Deogi Dog Spa & Resort LLC

We use Deogi for our dog's grooming, daycare and any time we need to board overnight. The place is super clean, the staff is caring and friendly....and my dog absolutely LOVES to go!!! We dropped off for grooming yesterday and he received a full-free day of day care. As soon as we pull up his whole body wags with excitement. He looks stunning with his new do. Deogi has the best groomer I've found in town. He played all day with the other small dogs in the cage-free boarding and slept like a real dog last night : ) Keep up the excellent work Deogi!

Annabelle has a fabulous time every time she goes to Deogi and comes back completely tuckered out even when she only goes for a half day. It is only ever on days she goes to Deogi that the phrase "out for a walk" seems to hold no meaning to her. We can't get enough of the pictures of the fun that she has while she is there.

What wonderful people go to Deogi. There are people that have been taking their dogs to Deogi since it opened two years ago. Deogi is ALL about customer service! Unfortunately, as with anyone in business, there will always be people who just don't want the policies to be what they are, but 99.99999% are wonderful, giving people.

My terrier just loves going to Deogi. She scratches on the front door to get in. The people there must spoil her. She can't wait each morning. A few months ago, one of the staff noticed a sore on her face below her eye. The owner Teresa looked at it and thought it looked like she had a bad tooth. She told me when I picked up that night that I needed to take her to the vet. I did and guess what, she had a bad absess and had to have her tooth taken out. Deogi is amazing.

I found this little small dog daycare/spa in a pinch online a few days before we left for a summer vacation. I have a little 9 month old Westie and this was my first experience having to find a kennel. Max spent one day in their daycare program to see how he would get along with the others. We then enrolled him in their cage free boarding so that he could play with friends and go in and out through their doggy door leading to a private yard. My husband picked him up Sunday and Max was as happy as a lark, beautifully groomed and playing with his new friends. These folks are truly dog whisperers who love and cared for our pup better than us even! Max was pretty tired after his vacation but i think he misses the care and play from Deogi! We will bring him back for daycare and socialization as well has anytime we have to kennel our little mad Max! Thank you Deogi :)

I've lived in Houston all my life and was very excited when I aquired my new puppy! I was even more excited when I found Deogi Dog Spa & Resort Llc, the reviews were fantastic and I wanted to get my puppy in there as soon as possible! I filled out the contract and faxed that as well as his medical records to them. Unfortunately thats as far as I've gotten in about a week. I called before faxing the contract wanting to stop by and have a look at the facility and was told that Monday was to busy and that I could maybe stop by later on that week but not in the morning or afternoon due to check in's and check out's...I work...when else would I have the time? Not letting that put me out I emailed their email address to make a tempermental evaluation appointment with them and I STILL haven't heard back. I boarded my dog at Deogi last week and was very impressed. They seemed honestly interested in him and his well being while he there. When I picked him up on Sunday, he had a little "good behavior" certificate and a written report of how he did. And the pictures are amazing. Thanks to the staff of Deogi, I could tell my little boy was loved and treated very well while he was there.

My dog started at Deogi for doggie daycare just a few weeks ago and he just can't wait to get in the door. Even as we are getting close to the daycare, he gets all excited and just can't wait to get out of the car and into the play room. The staff are all so nice and always give me a great run down on what all he did that day. And I love all the pictures they take. It really feels like I'm leaving him with a good friend and I always feel that he is safe and extremely well cared for.

My dog has been going to daycare at Deogi for about 6 months now, and she absolutely loves it! She knows what the phrase "doggie daycare" means, and she will run in circles around the house when she hears that she gets to go. Coming from a dog that used to have severe separation anxiety from her mommy, this is a big deal. Now, she doesn't even turn to look at me when I drop her off- all she wants to do is go play! I have boarded her a couple of times as well, and she is still just as excited when we walk in the door. I truly feel like the staff at Deogi treats my sweet girl as they would their own. They are able to tell me how she spent her day, who she played with, and how her mood has been. I appreciate the careful watch they give to my pup and I would recommend Deogi to any dog owner.

I recently left my four (yes 4) babies at Deogi for 5 days. 3 little babes and 1 large (55 lbs). All 4 were happier at pickup than when I have left them anyplace else. Also, the owner, Teresa, had something to say about each of them that let me know she and her staff definitely had paid attention to them. I was extremely pleased with their care and will certainly recommend Deogi to any and everyone and will be using this great facility anytime I need to go out of town. I also understand that the groomer is very good, altho I have not used that service.

Deogi has the most fabulous clients! Not only are the dogs the absolute cutest in the city, the people are such loyal and giving people. Thank you for all you do not only for Deogi, but also for all of the little rescues that you are supporting by patronizing Deogi! All about client service! Deogi goes way above and beyond for their clients each and every day. From the "rainy day - we'll meet you at the car" process to the fabulous hours. Deogi is all about the clients!!

I love my dogs !! through reading reviews I "thought" this place sounded good so I went by to see for myself. I didn't make an appt since I was in the area I was just going to swing by without my dogs and take a peek and get some information. This is the first and last time I will ever go there, the lady in the kitchen area introduced herself as Teresa the owner; it was pretty clear she was NOT in a good mood or she was put out by me dropping in unannounced (which bothers me tremedously). She seemed mad that I didn't call first, hhhmmm. My fist impression is why are you so angry and what are you hiding. I told her that I was in the area and wanted to visit to check into the day care. She said that I would have to come back with an appt and she could not show me around right now since she wasn't expecting me. I cannot say enough good things about Deogi and the fabulous staff! Such a non-industrial atmosphere. The asethetics alone make this place well worth a visit. My baby bichon stayed in the cage free playroom and was relaxed and happy when I came to pick him up. And I just love that this place only does small dogs in the cage free rooms. Thanks!

We love taking our little boy (The Bean) to Deogi! Excellent service, personable, and you can just truly sense that they love what they do. They offer a great environment which includes excellent exercise for the dogs not to mention an owner that knows what she's talking about! Mainly, we TRUST them to take care of our family member and that means the most to us.

After searching the area for a great doggie daycare that also boards, i found it! Deogi is a great place for small dogs. My girl loves going in the door, which says a lot. Teresa is very informative and seems to really "read" dogs well. My girl has spent the night, which was her first over night visit at a daycare. She was happily playing with others when I came to pick her up 24 hours after I dropped her off. It is so nice to have a place to take her to for daycare and trips. I don't have to worry about her because of the expert, loving care that she receives at Deogi.

Great, extremely well-furnished doggie daycare is perfect for my little maltipoo. I love the care Deogi takes with my tiny boy. I also love that they helped my dog with a few little problems, like housetraining and too much barking. This place smells very nice and clean - you would never know that there were 20 dogs playing in the next room when you walk into the lobby. Love them!

I was never able to visit the place, the owner wouldn't let me in after telling me to come by anytime. She couldn't even remember what she told me about coming to visit. I called and asked if I could come visit the facility the next Saturday and she told me to come out any time on Saturday, I asked her what time and she said she was working with some kind of show and she'd be there all day, no need for an appt, just to call the number on the gate once I arrived and she'd let me in. After driving across town, when I got there, she didn't answer her phone and after I figured out how to open the gate to the back door, she came to the door but wouldn't let me in, she said I needed to make an appt or come back later, she was busy mopping!!! This lady is rude and too scatterbrained to be running a business, I wouldn't trust her with a goldfish, much less a beloved pet! I found Deogi on City Search and called that day. The person who answered the phone initially was very kind and informative. In about 1 hour I was called by the owner to answer any further questions I had, also very kind and professional. I have now taken my 2 chihuahuas there for daycare twice. When I picked them up they were happy and had obviously enjoyed their time. Deogi is a nice facility with a lot of natural light, windows and has two secure outdoor areas. The workers seem extremely kind natured and are innate dog lovers. My babes have been needing socialization and I can already tell a difference with their behavior! One of my chi's was boarded before, but that facility is always booked. I feel fortunate to have found Deogi. I am traveling abroad soon and am comfortable leaving my babies at Deogi.

Teresa is a graet lady even if she claims she is not Nice, I can tell you she is... If you want your dog to be happy - staying in a clean, loving place that is the place for you, I met with teresa and all the dogs that were there were happy, A lot of love, good attention, Any person that can take an animal from the street and provide it with better life deserve our support, I believe this is a place to leave your pet for the day with the right treating hands. thanx teresa ;-)
