My eldest son Michael has been going to Dentalville since he was 4, and my other son Steven since he was 2. They both love going to Dentalville for the toys and there enthusiastic staff. I love taking my toys to Dentalville because I feel the staff is wonderful, caring & sensitive to both my children and to the parents needs. It's wonderful to have a home away from home. It's been 7 years & we'll keep coming back!

I wanted to save my tooth but wanted to know what my options were. I felt the Dentist was was very honest considering the condition my tooth was in would be better to have it pulled than trying to save it.The Dentist could have made a considerable amount more by saving my tooth but instead was honest. I first saw the dentist on Rainbow 12-2-08. My bottom teeth needed to be pulled and dentures placed. I told the dentist SEVERAL times that I could not afford to have any other work done since I was not presently working. He insisted several times that he could save the teeth and would prefer to do that. I told him I would discuss it with my husband and discuss the treatment plan (which I requested several times and never received a copy of). On the next visit 12-19 I again told him I could not afford to have the root canals and crowns that would cost thousands of dollars. He insisted it would be better to save the teeth. He did the root canals and left the 2 teeth partially there and when I asked if he was just going to leave them like that he said "Whats the difference, they were broken when I came in anyway." He also did a partial root canal that would need to be finished later. Well, here it is 5 months and 5 visits later I still have no teeth and the others that were to be done are... Read more

This place is horrible. Last week my wife and I went to this dentist office and were ripped. The dentist did not have a mouth covering and breathed in both our mouths. His breath smelled like dead fish! we almost threw up! I was given a cleaning which was the absolute worst cleaning I have ever had. I can do better drunk with a 99 cent toothbrush. After the 30 second cleaning I was charged 150 dollars on top of what they billed the insurance. I asked how much the insurance paid and they didn't seem to have that information. I found it strange because the insurance completely covers check ups and cleanings! Every worker was 100 percent foreign, and there are a lot of urban tattooes in this dump. While waiting alone, I was forced to watch BET television until the rank mouthed dentist arrived. I have been to the dentist for more than thirty years and can not even scratch the surface of how disgustion this place is. Do not go! Don't even think about it!

went to the dentalville of Ft. Apache and Tropicana. The staff is completely ignorant, they tried to sell me "intensive cleaning" for $1,200.00 and refused to give me a regular cleaning. They told me it would cost $9,000.00 for two fillings and a crown and refused to submit an estimate to my insurnace company and grabbed the written estimate out of my hand before I left. The dentist was from the phillipines, the staff barely spoke english and conversed exclusively in spanish the whole time I was there. This is the worst dentist office I have ever been to.
