The only source of objective info available on widely based media. So much praise has been expressed that I hope that I may be excused for focusing on concerns: The program should be called the "Amy Goodman Show" because she completely dominates the program. I wonder if it wouldn't be beneficial for the program to have a larger group of presenters? True, that Ms. Goodman is indefatigable but who takes up the slack, apart from Juan Gonzalez, in the event of the unpredicatable nature of life? Much of the reporting and interviews are based on a particular ideological frame of reference; I share many of those values because I believe that many of them are based on a common sensible and objective view of events. I do think that some viewer/readers may tend to be turned off by a tendancy for Goodman to color some topics with ideological flavor. A great show. Take a good look at Amy Goodman--that is what a real journalist looks like, corporate America, not that you care.

Great program. Consistently goes to great links to provide a voice for those not wearing suits. Only real outlet for the behind scenes look at the real cost of the Bush's war both and abroad.

This is little more than a cheap presentation of propaganda. It's a far left wing blog on television.

Best news cast of all time. Not fancy or slick just unincorparated and honest.

In a perfect world, "DemocracyNow!" would be the default news source on National Public Radio and all Public Television stations so it could be used as the reliability lens and the GOLD STANDARD by which all the other craptastic "pay-for-play" for-profit  "news"-networks are judged.Amy Goodman was shoved to the ground and brought face-to-face with the barrel of an M-16 in East Timor and she didn't blink. She saved her cameraman and lived to report the story. She PUT HERSELF in that position KNOWING FULL-WELL that a news crew Australia (New Zealand?) was EXECUTED by those same M-16s - in full view of the public and all the other reporters and their news cameras JUST THE PREVIOUS WEEKEND.That's why some pis$ant little squirt like Russert, or Matthews or Sean "Don't Muss My Hair" Hannity aren't worthy of sharpening her pencils. Great show...always nice to see the view from the Left hasn't been utterly shut down by the right wing infotainment conglomerates
