I received many quotes for new windows and they were the cheapest. Now I know why. During the installation, the workers broke an oil lamp and did not even tell us. We found out later when we wondered why there was so much glass in our living room. They also did not clean up after themselves. We have a 15-month old and were concerned to have big chunks of glass in our yard. The next day (after a snow storm that night) we woke up to snow in our living room. Apparently 2 of the windows were faulty and not sealed. After numerous calls, which were not returned, I finally got a hold of the salesman. They finally sent someone out to look at it and he said it would be about 2 weeks to order new parts. After waiting 3 weeks, I called and they said they had the parts but were waiting to come until they had another order close to where I live!
