Mon Nov 14 2011The gentleman was very knowledgeable about the extended warranty and GAP. We were able to get both and it will help since we plan on keeping the vehicle for the 5 years.

Mon Dec 28 2009I bought a car from this dealership, have regular service with them, and will give them my business for my next vehicle purchase. I did my homework before going car shopping and made an informed decision. To invest in a vehicle that I will drive for the next 5-years without research is not smart. If you go to a dealership to purchase an AWD vehicle and you have a friend with you, how do you end up with a FWD vehicle? You have an obligation to read, if nothing else, the information about that specific vehicle and it's right in your face on the car window. If You have a peeling dashboard and you believe it's a manufacturing problem? Why not contact the manufacturer or look it up on the internet to see if it actually is a defect for that type of vehicle. After 2 years I would have asked the same question. Shopping for a car without being informed or having someone who is informed with you is just not smart. If you trust someone to spoon feed you information that you could rese... Read more

Thu Nov 05 2009I haven't owned this vehicle for two years yet. My center console has a plastic film covering that has began to peel and bubble. I took the vehicle in as this is a defect in the manufacturing and should be covered under warranty. Their response? I bought this vehicle and as I own it I must have done something to it. This coming from the manager! When asked how they had come to that conclusion I was told they have no idea how the film would be peeling off otherwise. So I must have used a foreign cleaner to cause the issue. WHAT?! Rather than taking responsibility for a faulty piece they rather blame the customer. Obviously they do not make money on doing warranty work so they want me to pay to have a new center console put in. This is completely ridiculous and from here I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Sat Sep 12 2009I've been going to Dahle Mazda for two years for oil change. Never had a problem, they've squeezed me in at the last moment on several Saturdays, which I appreciate. A well-run, efficient place.

Wed Aug 20 2008I can honestly say this was the worst experience of buying a car EVER. The sales people lie, cheat and lose everything that you give them. It took 3 times of giving my infomation, like pay check stubs etc. before they applied it to my account. Then they messed up on filing my paperwork with the wrong SSN. The manager is the rudest and dumbest man I have had the displeasure of doing bussiness with. So all in all if you value your TIME and MONEY, DON'T BUY A CAR HERE.

Wed Dec 26 2007I recently went into this dealership to buy a car with AWD because I drive the canyon two days a week. i made it perfectly clear that was what I was looking for and was told by two different salesmen that the car I was going to buy had AWD. We went through all the paperwork and they sold me my car. Not untl a month later did I find out that my car only had FWD but that they were not going to admit to anything. I had a friend with me when I bought the car who remembers everything. When I went back to the dealership they were no help to try to fix this problem and they insulted me when they told me I knew what I was buying. So long story short this dealership is decitful, untrustworthy and you should not buy your car from them!!!!!
