I live here now. I used to live in mariners cove, which I also recommend. These people that complain have too much time. They let me pay late, no late fee, I parked my trailers in the parking lot. Im trash though so i guess it works out for me.

My husband and I lived in Crosswynde for nearly 4 years. When we moved here, it was the perfect place to live. Then they went "condo". It was hell after that. No one takes responsibility for anything, not the leasing office, and definitely not the sales office or even the homeowners association. The excuse for everything is that they weren't the company when everything and anything happens. My husband and I have moved out but not before they sold our apartment, which we didn't find out about until three months after it was sold. The owner lives in Canada, therefore it is hard to get in touch with him. But, that's our problem. We are still trying to get back our security deposit but since it is unclear when these apartments are sold what happens with the water bill, two months after moving out, we are still waiting. The owners don't get any answers and the little renters aren't shelling out enough money to be privileged to any answers. This will happen to you. DO NOT BUY NOR RENT FROM C... Read more

This place has an absolutely pitiful management company running it. They are slow to respond when there is an issue, they cannot be bothered with finding solutions to problems, but would rather you find the solution and then share it with them so they can accept or veto the idea. The communication among the staff is atrocious so you have to call and and explain the situation that needs their attention again and again. The people who work in the "sales" department (Which happens to share a space with the leasing office) are unbelievably rude to you once they find out that you rent and are not in the market to own. I just can't possibly recommend this place to people who would like to be treated with an iota of respect from the property that collects their hard earned money every month. Don't let the outside dazzle you like it did us. It looks like a beautiful property from the outside, but it's ALL on the outside. Good Luck!

If you are considering buying a condo at Crosswynde, reconsider!!! I regret moving here in the first place. I've lived here since December, and now they give us the surprise, that we will have to move if we don't buy the apartment. I asked if I could move before the end of my lease, and after reviewing my contract they answered that we could. Now that we have found a nice apartment and done all the paperwork, they are telling us, we can't move before December. The management is terrible, we are now having to pay for THEIR MISTAKES, and they won't even take responsibilities for their own actions. DON'T BUY AN APARTMENT AT CROSSWYNDE, THEY MIGHT TRICK YOU TOO!!!
