It's not about being happy with County Lines Service, I was happy with the way Arman built and serviced my 04 & 05 Screamin Eagles. No I am not going to whine and hide behind the internet, I am a real person with a real experience. My name is Michael Bales and you can email me at michaelrbales@verizon What I am going to do is tell the truth about the dark side of Arman and how he treats business partners and customers. Besides me I have the details and EVIDENCE of how 3 other people & myself lost big time dollars due to his "business dealings"! Am I ready to tell this true story? That really depends on Arman and him righting the wrong that he has done to me, he knows what he has done and what he needs to do. As for whether I would continue to do business with him? (Remember it is his mechanics you really do business with.) Sure i would go there again if I was still living in California. ( It would also make it easier to collect what is owed me!) Would I refer his shop? Ye... Read more

Had my bike for almost year. He stated he put in a new crated motor and it looks used. I'm In the process of verifing this. I would go somewhere else if you can. This place will give you ulcers! There is not enough space to go into all the lies. Small claims court here I come!

My husband and I made a last minute decision to take our very first trip to Sturgis. Both of our bikes were in need of tires and a service in order to make the trip safely. We brought both bikes in to Countyline Cycles on Monday morning and picked them up Tuesday afternoon. We didnt even have an appointment! We are so thrilled of the fast service and the great prices. We are happy - Our bikes are happy - Sturgis here we come!!!! Thank you Countyline Cycles

I brought my Harley into County Line in February for minor customization work?a wide glide front end to be set with more degrees on the rake; a 200 rear tire, a new rear custom fender, a new 2 up seat, new lights, a new speedo and other minor items. The owner (Arman) told me it would take 30 days. 30 days later, he hadn?t even touched the bike. When I showed up to see the progress on the bike?he told me that the he had ?shipped the bike out? for some minor repair. That was BS. It was in his storage facility, untouched. Over the course of the next 7 months, he told me lie after lie about why the bike wasn?t ready. I mistakenly paid him for the work in advance. LESSON LEARNED. DON?T GIVE THIS GUY A DIME UNTIL HE COMPLETES THE WORK. ACTUALLY, JUST DON?T GIVE THIS GUY YOUR BUSINESS. HE KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMIZATION. 7 months later, he said the bike was ready. When I went to pick up the bike I couldn?t believe it! He didn?t change the rake (and lied about why he couldn't change it);... Read more
