I really liked this Cd reminds me of good times. His best CD I believe.

Anyone who listens to the radio should remember hearing "Country Grammar", "E.I.", "Ride Wit' Me", and "Batter Up" on any given station when Nelly first debuted in 2000. He created quite a buzz when he first came out because he was a rapper but he wasn't talking about killing you, stealing from you or anything of that nature. He rapped about lighter subjects like sitting next to Vanna White on airplanes, getting paid off of country grammar and hanging with his friends, The Saint Lunatics. "Country Grammar" is a decent album, but the only song that truly impressed me was "Ride Wit' Me." There are some other mentionable moments, but that's definitely one of his finest tracks to date. "Ride Wit' Me" has an amazing beat and melody. It defines "rider music" because of its laid back feel. The title track is another song worth mentioning. love the cd but it came in the mail with the lyrics book all stuck together and practiaclly unusable but the cd was excellent

WHY DO YOU PEOPLE KEEP CALLING RAP, "R & B"? What Wilson Pickett, Aretha, James Brown, Otis Redding, Gladys Knight sang is "R & B". Not this stuff. It's rap and hip/hop. Call it what it is, please!

I liked one song on this album.

Nelly is cool, he rep from that St. Lousis area and im from LA so we got that lil east coast west coast beef, but he still my dawg. Good rapper too.

EI alone should get this disc 3 stars, and toss on Country grammar (Bill Gates, Donald Trump lemme in!)... This CD has some great hits. Luven me is huge too.

The only REason this cd even gets 2 stars is because of luven me, he jacked the beat from an old school artist i know that for a fact, yo if anyone can tell me were he jacked that beat from it would be much appreciated. PEACE

When he came out he was alright.

Nelly is the perfect example of a horrible artist. Even a 5 year old could put together those remedial rhymes. His rhymes are far from cerebral which is what music should be about.

You cant call this rap, hip hop, or anything positive. This CD is garbage.Im not hating at all, but Nelly lacks what is takes to be a true emcee..lyrics. The beats make you wanna jump up and down, but thats about it. He's original in delivary, Ill give him that. But overall, he's terrible. If you purchase rap based on beats and no talent, then this is the CD for you.
