Worst company ever.. they are posting all fake reviews here! Pls consumers do not fall for exterior and by judging the book from the front cover! They are all goondas and threaten you. They will keep quiet as long you are quiet, when you start complaining even one thing, they will suck the life out of you. Pls do not believe these guys. All victims of concorde manhattans, silicon valley, mid-way city, vedic village and others in Bangalore. Pls stand up against fraud, cheating, fake review posting company!

The concorde manhattan project has really taken shape very well. I am really impressed with the entire project, the concorde guys have done a good job with the construction by using high qwality construction materials and with space utilization.

I have booked a flat with Concorde I’ll be getting possession soon , my experience With them so far has been very pleasant. I do not see any quality related problems in their work so far. Their specs and facilities provided are superior to most other builders

i am really happy with my decision to purchase an apartment in concorde manhattan. sometime ago we were looking for places in electronic city , we saw all the projects that were availalbe there and we felt concorde manhattan was by far the best. so we went ahead with the purchase and i am happy to say that not only were the customer service really great but so was the marketing department and more over we really got a good deal. thank you to all the concorde team

hi . i recently went in for an apartment in concorde manhattan , i am happy to say that i am more than satisfied with my purchase . i plan to move back to india within the next year and i am sure by them the apartment will be more than ready to occupy with the club house and swiming pool all intact. i really liked the concept of dual pools one for women and one for the men.

After reading the reviews on the net i was pretty sceptical about the end result of the apartment but when I came down to India I was surprised by the end result. Yes there was a delay caused in the completion of the project but then according to all the reviews I read on the net it’s not only so with the Concorde group. Almost very builder faces the same problem and almost all consumers are faced with this difficulty, guess that’s one of the price one pays for buying a apartment in a newly launched project. Still after seeing my apartment in Concorde Manhattan I am very much pleased with the end result and have no regrets about purchasing and apartment there.

I recently purchased an apartment in Concorde Manhattan. Went for a site visit a couple of times. After reading all the negative reviews about the project I was a bit apprehensive about it but after the site visit and a detailed discussion my worries are put to rest. Yes there were some problems initially with this project but they seem to have taken care of it in a proper manner. Out of 750 owners of Concorde Manhattan a few seem to be disappointed with the Concorde group for reasons best known to them but the rest all seem okay with them. It’s unfortunate that only the distressed ones are those who post reviews in the net.

The Crash & Burn company!

I recently bought a new apartment in Concorde Manhattans, the deal was very smooth, they gave me site visit 3 times, and even after the booking my SBI loan was processed in 25 days. The disbursement has started. Maybe its ok for me 'coz they promised me the current possesion date which is July 10. Maybe for others who have booked initially in the pre launch offer, it is hurting. But you'll have to understand that the official launch & construction was started in 2007, even though the project was pre launched in mid 2006. They are taking almost 3 years now. But I think thats how much time even DLF quoted for their new town project in bannerghatta road, and its been a year since the project was launched & the construction has not yet started. And I heard they are thinking of giving delay compensation for 3 or 6 months, which is great. I strongly recommend Manhattans, Love the project, love the concept, love the quality.

midway city customer.. good project.. nice finishing compared to lnt south city.. good response to customer problems for maintainence issues.. maybe b'coz its their first project.. good quality work but customer care can be better..

I recently bought a apartment in manhattan, looks like a promising project, work is going on with good speed, very informative marketing department, easy to book. they helped me with securing my home loan by folllowing up on it. Good service. I would recommend Concorde. had a very bad experience with ittina

I bought 2 villas in Concorde Silicon Valley 4 years ago, great project, very well executed, customer service is not too great, but the construction quality is better than sobha. Concorde Groups (MidwayCity, Silicon Valley, Silvan view, Vedic village) is HOPELESS. Go to them if you got nothing better to do. I think they have marketed their name fairly well. Don't even think of having a relationship with them. Pick any word you like the most. I find all of them appropriate to describe Concorde Group. scoundrels, villains, rascals, criminals, corrupt, &*$@#%@^

Never go to them , they are horrible , and transparency is not at all there . Beware

Beaware of this Cheat ! They are not only Cheat and indecent; but also criminals.When you question that they are cheating, they may show their colors by using abusive languages. They may increase the price of the deal at any point. On questing them, they threaten and offer price which they took 2-3 yrs prior to the date. They don't give you a no-dues on your payment and keep an option to charge you at any point of time, even after the deal closes

Very bad...bad in customer service, No response and no clearcut answers, very bad.
