Conair MDF2R Facial Sauna With Timer

I purchased the sauna to use for a chronic sinus infection condition. It works very well, however when the button says it is ready it actually takes about 2 more minutes before it is putting out full steam. I use the Sinus Doctors oils, [cinnamon, thyme, and clove] to inhale and it works wonders not only for me but my Hubby loves the aroma it gives off in the house. The timer is a great feature for me since I forget things so easily.

You almost have to put your face really close to the bottom to feel any type of steam. Even then, all you feel is heat, not steam. My mom bought one back in the 80s that really steams and did the job. It was working really well and held alot of water and when I was sick, I would even use it as a humidifyer in my room. But this particular one only hold about 1/8 cup of water. You can't even put green tea or any kind of herbs in it.

The timer on the device does not work at all. I wonder why they put a non-working part on the device to fool around in the first place. Although it does make steam, it's too hot to bare with no control. After all, it's almost a junk.

For those of you that really wants a great facial steam, this product doesn't neccessarily perform the greatest. Its good but it doesn't cover the entire face. With a facial steam, you want to be able to cover the entire face --- in this case, I would suggest going to the gym where they have a STEAM ROOM. But again, this product is not a bad buy... i just don't use it much after 1-2 uses.. because i don't think the effect is really great.

It only took 3 days for the product to arrived, and the product was great too, but unfortunately, after few day I brought this product, I found out that this product had reduced its price to $17.45.....I was kind of mad,wrong timing for me unfortunately. But overall it was great! I like it so much!!!
