Loved the set - shoulder length hair curled well and stayed all day. Problem I had and have is that I've had it 7 weeks and the on/off switch broke --- a too bad too sad attitude from the company. Cheap plastic on/off switch. There is only a thirty day warranty and then you get to put it in a landfill and buy another one. Bad Business for Conair. So in the future I now need to come up with the money for another one, but will not buy Conair again; and until then I go to work with blow dried hair and no curl. Boo on Conair

This hot roller set is definitely worth the $25 I paid. It sets your hair beautifully every time. 3 different size rollers and an adjustable temperature setting so you can really customize your style. I do wish there were some jumbo size rollers in this set, and I don't really like the clips that come with it. I do like that you can lift one side of the unit to take out a roller while not losing any heat from the other side.

I love this hair curler set. I have purchased two of them now, one for each daughter. Both have long, thick hair and we find that it does an excellent job of providing just the right amount of curl for those occasions when you need it. It takes just a few minutes to heat up and the soft velvet lining on the rods make it less damaging to hair. The only thing I always hate is the clips! Even though there is a small case to hold them, sometimes they get lost! Replacement clip sets would be much appreciated. I think the curler set contains just the right number of each size of roller -- even better though would be to have two ore large ones!! Recommended.

first of all, do NOT buy this from amazon. they will overcharge you and i purchased mine for like 20 bucks at drugstore.com. that being said, these curlers are awesome. i've been very impressed with my hair (which is pretty dry and unhealthy so it curls easily). My hair holds the curls and looks shiny - also, it only takes about 15 min to set. My hair looks flippy and cute right now because i curled it the night before! yay. my only complaint is that the pins to hold the curlers SUCK. ugh. what a pain in the butt. i have to hold my head annoyingly still so the curlers dont slip out. those stupid pins dont work well at all. i usually put the curlers in and then put on a cap so i can go around without them falling out. i bought other conair clips that are supposed to keep the curlers in place but they sucked as well. i will be giving them a neg review for sure. still, the curlers themselves are great!

I've had this set now for a few years. I would consider myself an special occasion user of hot rollers (maybe 10 times a year). Here are the pros: 1) There are plenty of rollers for doing long (but not super long) hair 2) They heat up quickly and are very hot to get a good curl 3) They take a beating and have moved across country with me and still keep going. ... and of course the cons: 1) The clips are worthless, they don't stay in and leave a mark on your hair 2) They are not easy to travel because they are not compact I'd suggest getting the Conair-SPC10-Super-Clips to go along with these. Best of luck and happy curls!

When I first opened up the box to this set of hot rollers, I though it was not going to last me long because it seemed cheap. Once I started to hook it up and everything it heated up quite quick, but it made this sound like it was working really hard to heat the rollers. But I found out that looks can be deceiving. I love these hot rollers so much. Pros: the velvet rollers don't burn my finger tips, it's gentle on my hair when I remove them and they are light when on your head. Cons: the lid is kind of fragile which break easily (I chips apart of mine); also I'm not fond of the pins that comes with the rollers so I ended up using bobby pins, which works wonderfully. Overall the product works very well, but how long will they last me, I don't know.
