Almost every line of "news" that comes out of her mouth is phrased in an editorial tone. I can't stand her.

She interrupts guests, she makes "Oh my GOD!" comments, and she doesn't know her material. Definitely not a reporter, and not a journalist. Sorry Collen, you should not be a news anchor. Maybe sports, but not news.

Colleen is the best anchor, not only on CNN, but even when compared across the 100 plus channels that are available on my TV in New Delhi, India. She has that magnetic charm, great personality, excellent elocution, is very beautiful and so becoming in her mannerisms. She's super!

Very much like Vargas. I don't notice the smile thing. I think sexy mouth and eyes. Great voice and smile. Send me a photo! I think news casters can look too serious and boring sometimes. I think I don't notice it with her because her voice and everything else is very firm and serious on the tragic stories so to me her facial expression just seems unpretentious, open and inquisitive. I like that she is having fun but I know what you mean about it shouldn't be all the time. I think she' has a good balance. TV is taste, man, and she's mine for sure.

She is obviously a very intelligent and compassionate news reader and anchor and reporter, but when she is on air reading news, her facial body language sometimes make it look like she is smiling, the way her mouth curls..... And look at all the posts that mention she has sexy, cute mouth. Yes, she is pretty woman, beautiful smile, yes. But when presenting serious news, like tsunami or floods or plane crash, a TV presenter cannot smile or show sexy cute mouth. ...... It's weird...... Does anyone else notice this? ......It makes it look as if she is smiling at the viewer, as she reads the tragic news of a ferry sinking or the cartoon brouhaha or an airline crash. She should try to look more serious and somber when she reads the tragic news on air. ... Colleen is the reason I watch CNN overseas. Her and just a few others who aren't annoying. You see how much she knows yet you get the feeling there's more there all the time. Sexy and intelligent and looks like she's having so much fun I can't help it. Great lips.

I just want to say to you that you are an excellent anchor woman. You have a clear speach and clear voice plus a pretty face with a very nice natural smile. Your comment about McEdwards is so transparent and off base. It doesnt' ring true (I happen to know her husband is a HUGE republican) so I checked it out. A journalist would be fired for making a comment like that on the air. I ordered the transcript and what she says is the man some people want to see as the next president(meaning Democrats, not her, duh). Think about it. You make yourself look bad by incorrectly branding someone in order to further your thesis that CNN is left wing and biased. I happen to prefer Fox myself, but I'm not stupid enough to think that CNN lets anchors say I hope the next president is John Kerry and keep them on the air.
