    I do like chicken livers but I have never had it in a sandwich. Ground and seasoned and spread on a sandwich with some mayo, would seem to be the way to go. Sounds like it might be good. If there is another way to make a chicken liver sandwich I'd like to know, I'm always looking for something different to try.

    Preferably on a crusty rye, with hard boilded eggs and grilled onions - served with a half sour pickle! Mmmmmmmm!!
