Cubs Fans Blow.  Take for example the three cubs fans in jail in Milwaukee for beating up one brewers fan at Miller Park

There is a slider slinging eatery by my house called The Chicago Hamburger Company and they have alot of Cubs stuff. The part on the Cubs poster about Harry Carey dying without seeing the Cubs win a World Series always makes me kinda sad. We of course have alot of Chicago transplants in Phoenix who are always highly excited when spring training hits and they can check out the Cubs almost every day for a month, even though they continue to suck. Devotion, kids, devotion...

What other team can schedule so many of their home games during the day? Cubs fans must be the most devoted in all of sports, just in order to come to the ballpark during those times. Their devotion to the losers is endearing, though it makes me wonder what will happen if they win -- will they turn into Red Sox fans, who now rank among the most annoying in baseball? Probably not, if the good Chicago Bulls fans are any indication.

I am not a cub fan but I have been to a few games in Wrigley Field.  Cub fans are nice, get into the game and they fully support their team.  Not like Toronto Maple Leaf fans who are drunk vulgar posers.

Today is October 6. On this date in history, in 1945, in Chicago, Bill Sianis and his pet billy goat are ejected from Wrigley Field during Game 4 of the 1945 World Series. Sianis owned what is now known as the Billy-Goat Tavern. Sianis and said goat were allowed into the stadium and paraded around. Eventually the goat stunk so badly, that Phil Wrigley had both Bill and goat ejected before the end of the game. Sianis was outraged at the ejection and allegedly placed a curse upon the Cubs so that the team would never win another pennant or play in a World Series at Wrigley Field. Bill then left the USA to vacation in his home in Greece. Please read my short review on the goat at: ://www.rateitall.com/r-1857127.aspx Wikipedia has a nice article at: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Curse_of_the_Billy_Goa t

The Cubs will never win another World Series or even be in another World Series. I don't think Cubs' fans either know or care that they have gone the longest without a championship. The fact that the White Sox went to the WS provides no succor to Cub's Fans. It only makes them seethe even worse. A White Sox - Cardinals Series would have made Cubbies suicidal.

nah, they're cool. They were the first fans I saw throw opposing batters home run balls back on the field, they'd never do that in Toronto.

WTF!?!?!? Cubs fans are the best fans in the world. It can be mid-August and they can be 20 games back in the standing... and they still will sell out EVERY single freaking game. Cardinals and Braves can have a winning season and still won't sell out most games. GIVE ME A BREAK!!! Bad fans -- NO!!! Dedicated, loyal and brave... YES!!!

Obnoxious and rude. I was at a mall with my baseball-playing boyfriend (who, I might add, does NOT play for Chicago) and two young men approached us. They recognized the guy I was with (since the Cubs had just played his team the day before) and they got in our faces and said some rude things. One said, I would've worn my Sammy jersey if I knew you were gonna be here. I never particularly liked the Cubs or their fans before, but this turned me against them for good.

I used to root for the Cubs until they came to Cincy last year in first place - the Cubs fans were so damn obnoxious you wouldv'e thought they had won the Series the last 10 years. Sammy can put a cork in it and Moises can stop whining like a little bitch.

Bunch of frat boys and trixies. I feel sorry for all the decent old Northside blue collar types who've not only been driven out of their homes in Wrigleyville by this bunch, but now have to put up with them when they go to ball games. The fans suit the cheaters and whiners that comprise the new incarnation of the team. Beckett threw too close wah, I couldn't catch the ball because of the fan, we're curse so it isn't our fault, and just two more little words: steroids, cork. Just like their fans who as a lot will do anything to get ahead and blame someone else when that fails. Cubs fans aren't just a symbol of what's wrong with baseball, they're a pretty good one of what's wrong with the country.

How can you blame a guy who LEGALLY touched a foul ball for costing your team a trip to the World Series. Don't forget, this team blamed a billy goat before Steve Bartman. The real person to blame for the 2003 choke was Dusty Baker. This guy at first partially blamed Bartman, didn't know how to use his pitchers, and didn't even keep a consistent lineup. This team will never win, and I sort of feel sorry for the true Cubs fans, not the yuppies, scenery, and Sammy fans, but I still give the overall group of Cubs fans a 5.

All the midwestern stereotypes about Cubs fans are true- they know baseball, are very friendly (usually), and have a great time before, during, and after the game. . .these are some of my favorite fans in all of sports.
