Tue Jan 11 2011Love this paper. Just like the commercials, it doesn't leave pieces behind. - Pieces left behind makes for embarrassing GYN visits and other embarrassing things. - Plus, it's very soft. The other supposedly softer types of Charmin leave pieces behind. - This Ultra Strong version is the best!

Sun Aug 02 2009I personally like the ultra strong with the old design better. How can you possibly think you could improve on perfection?

Thu Jul 30 2009This is the best toilet paper I have ever used. It’s sturdy, flexible, and soft. It remains pretty sturdy even after you get it wet

Thu Jul 30 2009This is greta, gets all the clagg off and your finger doesn't go through, and just the right amount of abrasion to give your ringpiece a good scratch when it's itchy!

Sun Mar 22 2009No clingons that's a plus, which is how they market it on the commercials with the bears. A bit stiff but lives up to its billing, definitely stronger than most. Not as good as the original Charmin ULTRA, however.

Fri Mar 06 2009THis paper is excellent for an adult who can actually use less. Don't buy it if you have a household of men or kids because they will use the same amount as usual and it WILL plug the toilet.

Sun Sep 21 2008Our family loves this product and uses it exclusively; if a "strong" toilet paper with just enough texture is to your liking, this is the toilet paper for you. But be aware of the price. The "bulk" Amazon price (as of this writing, $1.03 per roll in the 40-roll size) does not compare well to the street price. Currently, in the 16-roll size at our "regular" supermarket here, it goes for $0.75 per roll; I can imagine that at the membership/discount warehouse outfits, it's even cheaper. I love Amazon for some of the hard to find products they carry, but on well-distributed items like this, make sure to check the pricing before making the order!

Fri Jul 25 2008This is the best toilet paper ever made! It is the only one that doesn't leave small pieces stuck to my skin when I use it. Also, I went from using way too much toilet because I didn't want anything to leak through to my hands to using only 2 squares. Yes, 2 squares.. every time... is all that you will need! I've been waiting my entire life for toilet paper that didn't stick to me and finally here it is! It seems like the reviews for this product are pretty polar. If you had to compare this toilet paper to tissue paper or a paper towel, it is definitely closer to a paper towel. I still find it soft, unlike the cheap toilet paper in your office building.

Thu Jun 12 2008I have to have a soft, smooth tissue because of my incredibly delicate .. self. I have tried every single tissue I've ever found, and this is the absolute softest, smoothest, least irritating. Never liked Charmin before. Didn't like the lint. This is lintless. Before this, I used Angel Soft or Northern as my default, because they were the softest at the time. I've been donating all the toilet tissues that I didn't like to my adult children for their households, so they've inherited a couple hundred rolls over the years. Now my search is at an end. Feel free to use this on your Sensitive Self. I have not had a problem flushing, but I don't use a septic system. I can only speak regarding my personal experiences. Charmin Strong has been a pleasant experience in all areas (no pun intended).

Tue Feb 26 2008I have purchased many different brands of toilet paper over the years, but I always come back to Charmin. Mostly, because of all the family complaints when I buy other tissue. People tend to be really picky about their personal hygiene products. And I love being able to buy a lot at one time without having to worry about the space it's taking up in the cart or the embarrassment of being such a prolific toilet-paper user!

Thu Jan 17 2008If you are a woman who has to be careful what she uses on the personal areas of her body, this is not the toilet tissue for you. After many many years of using Charmin Ultra Soft (My favorite tissue btw), my well-meaning son who was running some errands for me, misunderstood and came home with Ultra Strong instead of Ultra Soft. My reaction was so severe I had to be seen by a physician within three days of using this tissue. Unfortunately, I had been looking for other causes to this reaction and changed my soap, etc, thinking that this surely could not be caused from this white unscented paper. Low and behold, the reaction stopped the instant I switched back to my regular tissue and after reading the package this product does NOT say unscented. Please take care reading labels if you have sensitive skin and do not make the same mistake I did. I have always sworn by Charmin, but they failed sensitive people like myself on this one.
