Awesome movie. The story line was good and the girls were hot what else can you ask for.

3 good looking girls kickin ass

Great concept and done in good taste. The girls were mentally and physically fit, but not incredibly indestructible like those in the film today. In anything meant to be watched, charisma and X-factor is very important, and all the lead actresses/characters have it!

I recently purchaesd a five-episode best of with the original cast-holds up quite nicely.Better than 90% of what's on prime-time network TV now,for what it's worth.

"Charlie's Angels" was pure sugar, but who says television can't just be entertaining? Obviously this series wouldn't have made it without the attractive stars (e.g. Farrah Fawcett, Jaclyn Smith, Kate Jackson, and Cheryl Ladd) and the sexual situations and innuendo, leading to same lazy and repetitive plots. Nevertheless, few television shows have become more ingrained in pop culture than "Charlie's Angels".

Let's be serious, The show was good for one thing... WOMEN! Farah was HOT, and Cheryl Ladd STUNNING! Even Kate Jackson (who I thought was much sexier than Jacklyn Smith) was a hot mom-next-door type who simply never got to wear the skimpy outfits. Stupid show, sexy babes.

The visual viagra of its day.Yes it was dumb, yes it was tastless plotless and pointless and a blotch on John Forsites other wise good reputation.Kate Jackson was a dog.Farrah,Jacklyn SMITH and Cheryl Ladd and Tanya Roberts were hotties,Not like the overated Cameron Diaz, doggish Barrymore and homely crosseyed Lucy Loser in even dumber movie version. I must admit although i was a hormoned driven sex crazed teenager this show was so stupid i refused to watch it.Thats a testament to how horrid it was.

Drew Barrymore's BEST film since E.T.!!!In this film,she was kinda like Charlie McGee as an adult!!!Especially the scene where she was riding a scooter with her hair flowing in the wind!!!She was a SEXY angel!!!The movie had a terrific storyline and plot,and I loved Bill Murray as Bosly!!

I would normally never have watched this movie, but I was on a bus in Mexico and it happened to be the in-route movie. Long before it was over, I was hoping to be one of those stories you hear about where a bus in Mexico collides with another, or perhaps hurtles off a cliff. I knew how Oedipus felt when he blinded himself--and all he had done is slept with his mother; I had to sit through the length of this absolutely worthless drivel passing itself off as entertainment. I honestly don't understand why this movie was popular with anyone other than the most dedicated masochists.

This was a good jiggle series and set the standard, if that is a word that can be used for such stylish trash, for the future.

i liked watching charlies angels when i was a kid. even though most girls seemed to want to be farrah fawcett i wanted to be like kate jackson. i thought she was pretty and smart.

It's the best I think that lotsa people don't know that Farah was only on for 1 or 2 seasons. But I love Farah she was a total babe.

I loved this show I think every girl in 6th - 8th grade loved these girls, they signified that girls could do anything a guy could do and still look smoking hot while doing it.I remember going to slumber parties and everyone bringing their charlie angels toys.

Had the hots for Kate Jackson when I was a kid, but boy this show was stupid. Sometimes I'd just watch it with the sound off.

The '70s equivalent of Baywatch. The girls should have bounced on a trampoline in bikinis for an hour. It would have been more entertaining than the drivel that passed for a plot.

Do I really have to explain why I'm giving this film one star, I'd give it none if I could. This is the biggest cash cow film in prbably the history of movies. It's one attempt after another at being slick and exciting. It fails in both respects. Only Bill Murray is worth what they paid him in this movie. Best Scene: Lucy Lu as the domanatrix/business woman.

It was bad, it was corny-but girls enjoyed watching women who were not helpless for a change and guys just dug the foxy babes kickin' butt.

it's mindless fun, and that's actually a good thing! you certainly don't tune in to it expecting high drama and keen insight on the human condition. oy! you just wanna see some beautiful girls, some standard cop thrill/action, some witty banter, some beautiful or exotic locales (at least for the seaon premieres or two-part episodes). that's all. kate definitely lent the show some measure of humor and credibility. when she left, the show died. but don't get me wrong, the other girls were very pleasant to look at and they could be quite funny, too. i liked farrah and shelley hack's toothy smiles witty one-liners. jaclyn and cheryl you won't mind watching as well. but i'm sorry about tanya--she was the most unangelic of them all and with her onboard, everything just became staid and boring. -fM

One of the best TV shows of the '70s. Who didn't watch this show as a kid? It was poorly written at times, but redeemed by the chemistry and banter between the sexy and alluring angels. Many critics and viewers have stated it was just T & A. This is not true. Granted, the show did feature the girls in towels and bikinis in some episodes, but it was not Baywatch with boobs hanging and shaking in every episode. Charlie's Angels gets a bad rep for this because of the first year. The first season Farrah Fawcett (then Fawcett-Majors) often went braless and her nipples were clearly noticeable. There was also a lot of sexual innuendos and risque comments when the angels talked to Charlie and you saw him cavorting with a bunch of bimbos with big boobs. After that, the innuendos were toned down, and the angels didn't appear in bikinis or bathing suits that often. Loved the first few seasons...damn Jacklyn Smith was so beautiful...I know I'm in the minority but I liked Shelley Hack as Tiffany.

Well let's see why did I watch it..seems that Cheryl Ladd had such a perfect body in that bikini and Kate Jackson cool and smart...also thought she was cute.

I am sure everyone who rated this a "one" has never seen one episode of the show. Don't compare it to the very mediocre movie remake. The show was well written, a great plot each week, you never knew who the criminal was until the end of the show. Ok , so the actresses were pretty, is that a crime?, but they were smart, confident and very decent, you never saw them sleeping around like is prevalent on todays horrible shows.

Guess what? I found this show likable.....watching it as an 11 year old! Now?? Sexist, not much redeeming qualitites aside from the girls physical attributes!!

the 'action' was laugh out loud bad! (watch as the girls jump kick 30 feet, leaning backwards!!! hahahhahhahaha!!!) The plot reminded me of that kid who wore the helmet to school, and rode the short bus. It gets a 2 cause the girls look good (girl power?!? how about blatant exploitation of their, ummm, ass-ets?), and also a 2 cause I laughed so damn hard... Much in the same way you laugh when watching Plan 9 From Outer Space!

A best this show was bad.Loved Cheryl Ladd and Jackie Smith.But the show and then to go and make movies.That's just sad.

This is one show that I remember fondly, but I don't watch it now on TV Land because of that particular reason. It seems that so many of the shows I used to watch in my preteens and teens just don't have the OOMPH! that they used to have. Getting older does that to you. I'd rather just have my memories of the angels.

I loved (and still do love) Charlie's Angels. This show has stood the test of time and was a ground breaking series of it's day. The fact that it still has a huge fan base shows that the show is still worth watching.

Cheryl Ladd in a bikini was about the only saving grace of this show. That is, if you could sit through the rest of this crap in hopes of getting a little T&A action.

Alright the last time I reviewed this I guess I was feeling bitter or something. But I have to admit, for a fun and sexy roller-coaster ride through hollywood dreamland this movie provides a good escape. I think maybe my only complaint would be drew barrymore's "issues" with the whole father thing, though barrymore and her character in general from the acting to the stunting I felt fell short compared to Liu's straight-faced sexiness and Diaz's lovable goofiness.

Better name for this movie 3 woman acting dumb stupid, and air headed!!! Movie sucked!!!!

This show worked. When I was growing up I always wanted to be a "Charlie "girl. They were cool chicks back then. I still watch the reruns and every time I do....I still want to be a "Charlie" girl!!!

The ultimate television experience. I still cry every time Kelly gets shot in the head. Which happens surprisingly often.

T & A nothing but T & A

Although many criticize this show...I really enjoyed it. The show reflected the seventies...Jaclyn Smith was (and still is) a beautiful woman...and she could actually act. I am probably one of the few out there who really liked Shelley Hack as Tiffany...I still enjoy watching the show today!

Charlie's Angels was fantastic Tv.It was fun,actionpacked and escapist. ok,it wasn't Shakespeare,but if ya want reality,open your front door + look outside. If you want a relaxing 50 minutes of humour,attractive women kicking arse,then watch Charlie's angels!

Intelligent women? These three were baffled by the intricate wrokings of suitcase latch. Not to mention they actually laughed at Bosley's pethetic humour. It's not the worst crime Spelling has ever committed, but it's an embarrassment just the same.

This is a terrible film. Direction is inept, everyone looks as though they are going through the motions. Cameron Diaz is the shining light that burns bright in this foul stench of a film. DONNOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS FILM. Unless you like your films with inpenetrable dialogue, risible directing and poor editing. What was Bill Murray thinking??????

I think "Charlie's Angels" is really good! It's dramatic but funny sometimes too.

A really fun movie. The action scenes were great!

I had real reservations about this film. I usually don't enjoy much that Drew Berrymore and Cameron Diaz do. I was totally shocked. This movie absolutely ROCKS. The perfect mix of humor, action, camp, and sex appeal. My wife and I bought it as soon as it came to DVD. We never seem to get tired of watching.

This is one of my favorite movies, i have seen it so many times but it never gets old because it's got three girls who dress fashionably and can kick some MAJOR butt
