Thought the food is good I would not consider anything except the drive through. The other Chachos has security but I don't know what the deal is with this one. Bad scene

Who was the Einstein who decided to put the restrooms on the second floor when most people dine on the first floor? It was probably the same person who determined that average diners posses the dexterity to carry trays full of food from the pick up window through two sets of doors without dropping anything. When it first opened I worked in the Titan building two blocks away and we went regularly despite it's flaws. Wihtin six months it's flaws were too much to bear and we never went back.

Always try to get good mexican food around that area but my choices are limited. Every time I go there I leave disappointed. They don't listen to what you are ordering and it's always incorrect. Today I ordered the enchilada plate and it tasted like they dumped a pound of salt on my food. I'm done with this damn place! Telling all my Co-workers too! Don't waste your time there people! Oh and my daughter said that play thing is way dirty in there! Yuky!

Last time we visited here we brought our kids. They loved the HUGE indoor playground. We ordered the King Nachos and it was about 15 bucks and it was enough to feed a small group and tasty. Another time my hubbie and I ordered some fajitas and the food was hot and fresh but then again we came the first few weeks after the grand opening. After a while I started to hear bad stories about the place with shootings, fights and what not. It became a hangout for car clubs and trouble makers, etc..not a very good place to take the kids after all, right? During the day is better but at night is when all the drama unleashes. If your looking for a hangout to drink and start some trouble then this place is for you..other than that I will take my kids elsewhere..haha

Chachos, This Place is Nasty, the food is blam not very good, Food will make you sick, CHEESE ON TOP OF GREASE!!!! Not a good crowd of people there, last time I was there , a shoot out took place where some guy started shooting into the crowd and shot this guy, there where people screaming and kids running all over the place. They got this big play ground with jungle gym and then whole bunch of people drinking woundering around , not a good mix. The manager there with the gotte is very rude and is an idiot short troll , and does not have very good people skills, Dont know how they let this guy become a manager, he thinks he owns the place. Very Loud full of section 8 housing people and their kids all over the place, the Staff is section 8 also, would not go there unless you want poor service and looking to get shot.!!! Interesting setup- it's co-located w/ a pizzeria. You order either your Tex-Mex or Italian item from the same line. There is a large indoor playground for young children. A little noisy sometimes, but you can easily sit outside of that room. You walk up and order, and pick up your food when ready. PRO's: Large facility, lots of seating. Lots of free parking. 4(!) drive through lanes. Menu selection is large. Most items under $10, 75% around $5-$6. Service is quick; most food served w/i 10 min. Self serve salsa bar is well stocked. CON's: You get what you pay for. VISIT: I went there w/ my wife 12-17-08. Place was rather empty. There were 3 people ahead of us in line. We ordered tortilla soup and some fajita nachos to share. Waited 20 min then went to check on food. The cook asked me what I had ordered, then handed the food to me. Apparently it was sitting on the counter for some time.
