Last weekend with my sis, we hired bikes for 1 hour and did the loop around Central Park, we both had a sense of freedom speeding up without any traffic, it was also a break from the noice and rush of Manhattan. Central Park is a master piece. If it would've been less cold we would've spent another hour, we enjoyed the bikes we got and hope to come back for more!

It was fascinating to bike through Central Park, it's huge! A friend had recommend us to rent bikes here because she had done it some years ago, we were satisfied with the good quality and service, indeed something not to miss while in NY.

My friend and I went on the Brooklyn Bridge tour and loved it. We are from Berlin and always bike around our city, in NY we decided to go with a tour guide in order to learn the facts and history of the city. We will tell everybody about this tour, the guides are very professional and showed us places we didn't know about.

Being from The Nederlands I really enjoyed the Brooklyn Bridge bike tour, Marci and Ed are top guides and experienced city bikers! I had a great time, got to know a lot of interesting information about NY and in fact the best pictures of my vacations were taken that day! I was happy to give them a well deserved tip since the bike tour was the best thing I did in NY!

Fantastic Central Park tour and Brooklyn Bridge, we booked both tours one on Friday and Saturday out for a longer tour the Brooklyn Bridge. Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and very personable! Bikes were great. We have been in NYC for 3 months, and this has been the most exciting and fun thing we have done. Recommend for ANYONE who can ride a bike. :) You won't be disappointed, and do it early in your trip, there are so many things you will want to see after your tour - even if you have "been here/done that".

My family and I are visiting from Quebradillas, Puerto Rico. Honestly, biking around NYC is not what my brother and I had initially had in mind but my mother dragged us along. We went on the Central Park tour at 10 a.m. and our Tour Guide was Joell. Although it was early, Joell quickly revitalized us with a bombardment of information about the park. He was thorough and informative at the park sites and really, genuinely seemed to care about the park. Definitely a must do if your in NYC!

my time at central park bike tours was absolutely amazing. i had such a fun time dipping through turns while stopping along historical sites in the park. i came across the bike rental company on the corner of 59th and 7th avenue when a young man by the name of Chris so effortlessly informed me about his company and they're service. at that moment i was hooked. i immediately booked a tour for my family and i at 1 o'clock. although the tour was a little pricey, you get what you bargain for. my tour guide Joel was such a blast. his informative and thorough tour really enabled me to get a better understanding of central park. not only was Joel an excellent tour guide, he proved to be an amazing new york city resident, sharing knowledge about the go to places through out the city area. i highly recommend any one visiting the new york city area to visit central park bike tours!

My daughter and I went on the Central Park Bike Tour on 3/31/09. We both had a great time! The tour lasts approximately 2 hours and you really do get to see a lot. The weather was beautiful and our tour guide, Max, was awesome! He was friendly and knowledgable. If it's possible to have a really mellow and relaxing day in NYC - - then this is your best bet! I'd definitely recommend!

My daughter and I took a tour with central park bike tours and had a blast. Laughed the whole time. My daughter didn't want to go but I did, so we went. Later on we went to a great pizza place that our guide, Ari recommended. My daughter thanked me for the tour and said we should go again with Mom. Don't skip central park on your trip to New York. Request Ari!

Did I die and go to heaven? I took one of these tours and my guide was a charming young man named Ari. He showed us all that the park had to offer, and filled it with comedic tidbits of knowledge. Well, i could hardly keep up because i was laughing so hard. I loved that i could finally see locations in my favorite movies, and the great buildings NYC is built on. This man gets top marks in my book.

I had a really good time on this bike tour when I was in NYC. You really learn a lot of stuff that a lot of my New York friends did not even know about Central Park. The location is really convenient. If your going to bike on your own, why not just do a tour instead for a few extra bucks? Friendly and supportive staff.

The brakes on my bike gripped up shortly into our 6.5 mile tour on July 17, 2009. Our guide did his best, but without tools was unable to get the brakes to release. Imaging riding with the brakes continuously on! Everyone else had to wait for me over and over. I wore out, and my friend traded bikes with me. She wore out, too, and wound up walking back to the store while our guide walked my broken bike. They company would not refund my money although they didn't deny their equipment was defective. Save your money and go with one of the other bike tour companies on Central Park -- there are lots.

Me and my family came to NYC last summer. My wife suggested a bike tour. I had never done one before so I did my research. I found Central Park Bike Tours on google. They had an easy website to remember too. Centralparkbiketoursdotcom. Me, my wife and our young son took the movie scenes tour with a guide named Ari. He was hysterical. It was fun and educational. I never write reviews but I want other families to enjoy themselves as much as we did. I'll be back next summer with my parents.

My wife and I are from the UK. We had such a charming tour guide named, James who is one of the original tour guides of the park. Don't be fooled by the other cheap competition. This is the oldest Central Park Bike Tour and the best. As well we went with a diverse group of people from all over world Europe, Australia..etc. We took the Art and Architecture Tour..but I will be back for the movie scenes next summer...cheers!

This is a good place to rent some equipment and don't have a bike in the city. They close off the park on weekends to cars and there is fan...
