Wow... The products here are very good and cheap. Last week I bought a Dell CPU there. After 1 week working, I saw it is very good, the chip inside is strong and well working. The price is reasonable, just 200USD. If I buy at any store outside, it will cost 300USD or more and maybe we will fix it many times when we buy it. I love this website, I will introduce it to my friends.

I have just bought a keyboard and a mouse at Cedarpc but I forgot to bring the mouse home. Then they called me while I was on the way home. The customer service is very good and the sales person was very kind to show me which keyboard is good. Very happy to come here!

The software that was supposed to come with my purchase didn't so I had to get it from customer service. They then sent it very quickly which I appreciate. I have trouble finding my account info and order history without relogging in every time. That is inconvenient. Prices were good. I really like the detailed info and specs on the items. Some sites I've looked at don't. Over all my experience was 3-1/2 stars I'd say. Thanks.

I posted a negative review here several hours ago, as the notebook computer I purchased had a bad stick of RAM as well as a few other small problems. Within a few hours, CedarPC had phoned and offered to pay me back for the cost of shipping the RAM, as well as providing me with a notebook cooler free of charge. I would definitely recommend CedarPC– they clearly care about customer satisfaction. I won't hesitate to buy from them in future, knowing that if something does go wrong, they won't leave me to deal with it alone.

Excellent price, normally a laptop would cost you more than a desktop and as a desktop my purchase would have cost me easily double the price and I got it as a laptop for even less than that. Warranty information is great. Customer service was superb, among the best I've ever received in my entire life. All my questions were answered, plus those I didn't even ask, and all information was straightforward and forthcoming. I even wrote a thank you email to them directly, which I've never done before and I feel it was fully warranted. I even recommended it to a friend to make his purchase from them for his upcoming new computer.
