    Rattner is certainly a bright and accomplished guy, a former investigative reporter for the NY Times, investment banker and multi-millionaire. But, forcing GM into bankruptcy by bailing them out, taking ownership, firing their CEO and delivering 65% of the stock of the company to the UAW doesn't inspire confidence in his abilities and judgment by free market afficionados like me. Had we not wasted the billions first given to them, then secondarily bailing them out again, only to lose all that money AND all ownership of the company, the American people have very little to show for his stewardship of their money. Unless you're a bigwig in the UAW, of course. UAW rank-and-file members are roadkill, but the big bosses are living like fatcats. Great track record for the czar, who is not accountable in any way to the American people, Congress, anyone (except Obama. ) This looks like a recipe for disaster.
