Cantu Moving Inc

This is a follow up to my previous review. The friend who recommended this company to me was quite embarrassed by the loss of my camera, so she spoke to the lady in charge. Well, it took some time, but they reimbursed me $100.00 towards the purchase of a replacement. The original was worth twice that at least, but since it was used I accepted their offer, and now have no more to say, except, I still wonder which one of those guys has my camera now?! Other than this issue, the workers were very good, so this matter is closed.

Even though they came early and all, the office staff had informed me that yes, they move upright pianos, and yes, second floor was ok, and yes, they had a special dolly just for the piano. However, when we arrived at the new place, in 104 degree heat, the movers flat out said no, your piano is too heavy and we don't go to the second floor. It had been driven across the country by a family member, and Cantu was not at all helpful in even attempting to find an alternative for us. They didn't seem to notice that they were the ones leaving us stranded. They ended up charging us more to move it to another location and even broke part of the front of it. For their insensitivity and lack of courtesy, I could never ever recommend this moving company.

a thousand percent i reccomend CANTU MOVERS. This was not my first rodeo if you know what i mean, as we all know moving is by far one of the most stressfull things in life. This was the smoothest of all from the first phone call to the delivery at my new place that still had wet paint. There was NOT one mistake including anything broken, scratched, missing ETC, like in the past with other movers....they also PACKED MY WHOLE HOUSE, and it was so well done, they labeled every box so i knew exactly what was in it. They packaged all fragile items with such care, i have never been more impressed by a moving company, the guys that moved me were great, the guys that packed me were amazing. Carol (the woman that gives pricing and answers the phones) helped me through this whole ordeal, gave me a great price for the service i got, and even called and checked on me. We have used Cantu Movers many times for office moves and home moves. They have always been great! For this move, we also used their packing service. It made the move SO MUCH EASIER! I shopped around, and they quoted the best price, and stuck to it. Both crews were professional and gental with our belongings. I would recomend Cantu Movers to everyone, and I do! They get a thumbs up from me.
