Cameo Lingerie

Placed an order on Jan 26, today is March 4 and it still shows "Pending Fulfillment". Tried to contact the company 4 times via email - no response. The 1-800 number mentioned in other reviews seems to take you to some paid phone registry. The only prompt thing was accepting a payment. Buyer beware!

I ordered from this company on 1/19... the items were in stock, and were to be sent in 2-3 business days. It's almost Valentines Day now, I have not received anything. The money was taken out of my bank account, and now I am broke with no present for my man and no money to get him anything else! They do not respond to emails but I did find a number through another complaint site (WHICH ALL HAS HORRIBLE REVIEWS OF THIS PLACE) 765-396-2121 although they have not picked up for me yet.... AVOID THIS COMPANY CAMEO LINGERIE IS A RIPOFF!!!

These people are crooks. It's been almost 4 weeks since I placed my order. They took the $54 out of my bank account and I still have not seen my order. They will not return my e-mails and do not have a working phone #. I have learned a good lesson, I will not buy from an unknown company until I have checked the ratings and learned something about them. I really hope whoever reads these reviews has not yet ordered from them

It has been 4 weeks and I haven't received ANYTHING!!! NOTHING AT ALL. there are NO customer service numbers on their websites and they do not respond to emails. Horrible company that is obviously filled with thieves that steal peoples money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I"ve ordered stuff from Cameolingerie.com , the charged my CC and sent me nothing , nada , zero ...SCAMERS , dont waste your money .

I ordered something Oct 15 - now a month later and I have received nothing, not even a response to my emails. I would not recommend doing business with this site. Something is wrong when some people are perfect and the last 2 posts here have no product at all.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They never shipped the items I ordered. I called 8 times now and have sent over 6 email messages in a 2 weeks time period and I have not received one reply..

Excellent Lingerie Site. Not packed with everything under the sun. I got two great costumes here. No problems...!

SCAM! Look at all the good reviewers names. Most have "lingerie" in their names. They were made specifically to review the site. My payment was accepted the night I placed my order and I never received a confirmation email. I still haven't received my items totalling $130 and had to pay a $32 stop payment to my bank so they couldn't steal my money from me. BOGUS SITE. DO NO BUY FROM THEM

I have not had a problem with this store before. I am not an employee either. I have gotten duped by other stores. I had previous experiences that were good with eCampus but the last experience was horrible. They never tried to track down my item. I had to track it down through the post office and they gave me my money back after being persistent. There are companies that are pretty good most of the time but I just chalked it up as sometimes you dont alway get what you asked for. Be persistent in getting your money back. Good luck to all.

Horrible company...I received my items 3 1/2 weeks after ordering with no confirmation about anything. My credit card was billed immediately after ordering so I knew they had at least received the order. I emailed numerous times and tried calling the 3 numbers that I found online for them (none of which were listed on their website!!!). One was disconnected, the 800 number listed on this page had some sort of error, and the third number actually worked. Unfortunately, no one ever answered, and despite me leaving numerous messages, NO ONE EVER REPLIED. I just recieved my order but it is missing an item. I dropped yet another email about the missing items and still no reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. PERIOD.

HORRIBLE COMPANY, BEWARE!!! On the 21st of March 2007 I've ordered eleven (11) items off their website. I was going to order a few more, but there was a note next to those about their status, saying that those were out-of-stock. They also promise on their website that in-stock items ship in 2-3 days. For a week no one contacted me regarding my order. Then someone from the company, named Amy, answered one of my emails by saying that they had sent an authorization form for credit card payment and they could send it again if I wanted them to. The same day I replied by saying "yes, please send it again", and again on the same day faxed the signed authorization form for 350 USD which was the total cost for all of the 11 items. At that point they still did not inform me about the mistake about stating the items as in-stock. They made me sign an authorization form to pay for the items that were not available! it's been 13th days i havent received my order, i emailed them twice but they never respond to my email, so i called my bank to dispute the transaction, my bank gave me the website phone number 765.396.2121, but all i got just answer machine.

I placed my original order Jan 29/08, received it on Feb 07 and emailed them right after opening the package as I was missing a piece of the outfit I had ordered. On Feb 12, I resent the same email stating that I still had not received a response, I also started a case file on their website that same day. As of today (Feb 19) I still have not received a reply to any email. I searched around the net for a # for them and couldn't find one. Then I remembered I had also ordered a catalog and there on the order form was a number, an actual phone number! (1-800-808-2141) I called it up, explained my situation, got lots of apologies and was told she would look into it and call me back. Yeah right. UPDATE: I believe the people that are voting with "5 stars" are employees of the actual company, no joke.  Please check the Better Business Bureau - this company has had several unresolved complaints.  I tried calling cameolingerie directly and after 3 days I finally got a hold of a representative who informed me that they are a different company hired by cameolingerie - that they would leave a message for cameolingerie but that they could not assist me.This is the most unprofessional encounter that I have ever had with a company.  3.5 weeks later, after I asked them to cancel my order but never received a response, the items were at my door.  This was not acceptable.  If you are willing to wait long periods of time and do not feel the need or desire to purchase from a company with decent customer service, you may benefit.  I only got headaches and frustration with them.

I have ordered from this site for years. I have received every item and every refund for the items I returned.

Never received my purchase after emailing twice and opening to cases on their website I finally had to contact paypal to open a complaint.

Never shop here! Sent 24 e-mails requesting cancellation of waaaaay overdue order. Called answering service six times. 1-800-808-2141. No reply to anything. Called another phone number of my illegal charge and got no answer. 1-765-348-2121. They are in Hartford City, In. PO Box 42, 47348. The Indiana Atty Gen is now checking into their Business practices. I hope they will be shut down. Obviously, do not use them.

This site will not ship goods but accepts payment. Buyer Beware!

STAY AWAY!! This business has hidden itself very carefully. All you will have to contact them is an e-mail address and a FAX number. They even used bogus info on their domain name application. No reputable business hides itself from its customers. STAY AWAY!!

Took a while to find it, but this has got to be the best lingerie site i found on the internet.
