Camel Menthol Lights

my favorite cigarettes. they're smooth and they've got a good menthol taste, but they're not overpowering. good buzz, cute packaging, a little pricey, but definitely worth it. camels are the best brand, in my opinion, and the menthol lights are great.

These are my favorite menthol cigarettes. In fact, they're my favorite cigarettes PERIOD. They're smooth, refreshing, have a great menthol flavor that isn't too overpowering - yet they still have more flavor than most other "light" menthol cigarettes. 5/5!

REALLY smooth. Could barely tell I was inhaling smoke. It doesn't have a lot of kick but I'm fine with that, being a new/social smoker. Not too menthol-y but enough to make it not harsh. If the regular menthol's have more kick (I would expect) then those will probably be a 5 star (haven't tried them yet).

if i smoke a menthol (not often) then ill get these, prefer them over marlboros

I agree totally with the person below. It has taken me years to find the perfect cigarette, which so happened to be the OLD version of camel menthol lights, and 3 months later they take them off the market!!!! Go figure.

When I started smoking I smoked salem lights and finally got sick of them because they were too menthol-ly like smoking a pepperment stick. Then I switched to Newport lights. I really like them. Because of the brown filter, that seems to be why they don't taste peppermenty. Then one day about 6 years ago I bought a pack of camel menthol lights because they were a better price. I really liked them because they taste like a newport light and also had the brown filter. Last week I bought a pack and I noticed the art work on the pack was different and little did I know the suprise when I opened them up. The filters are white! I thought I bought the wrong kind! I was very upset when I lit one up. The tobacco seams the same, But going through that white pepperment filter just makes me sick with an acid reflux heartburn feeling like I used to get when I smoked salem lights (I don't enjoy smoking pepperment sticks)! The old Camel Menthol Lights were great. I switched from Kool Milds, when they came out. My wife switched from Virginia Slim Menthol Lights. Now that they have changed the recipe, they SUCK!!!! I have smoked RJR brands, for over 30 years, and will find something from a different company. It is disrespectful, to do this to loyal patrons. They taste like a cheap harsh cigarette. they make my throat hurt, and unlike the prior recipe, makes me cough. Unless they change it back, I will purchase from another manufacturer.

Kool smoker for 30 years changed to Camel Menthol Lights better flavor not so harsh, also like the wide gauge style

very good. less harsh than a regular menthol but hits just as hard. a little on the expensive side (like 5.44 a pack) but still good. and it doesnt make me dizzy like a marlboro red. ps. i got this by mistake when i asked for regular menthol. after trying it, i was very impressed.

What can I say? I guess they're like a Kool Mild or a better tasting Newport Light. More like a lighter hitting Newport regular. They're Four Star category cigarettes at a Two Star price(Marlboros, Salems). $2.39 a pack in Wisconsin or $4.09 for a buy 1 get 1 deal. Very nice!
