BushDVD.com Adult DVD Rentals

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Over a period of two weeks I got one shipment from them, which I mailed back the day after receivig it. I am on the 4 plan, but I only received 2 movies. They have a problem button in the queu that one can click to report things such as a damaged video or not receiving a video. It's a standard operation for online rental companies. But the standard I have become accustomed to is that when you receieve damaged product, or don't receive your product, as soon as you let the company know, they immediately ship out more movies to make up for it. When you click on the problem button you get an automated response from BushDVD saying they will contact you within 48 hours; great, but in the meantime ship me out the movies. Reasonable price rate. And the one big advantage they have that no other adult DVD rental service has and cannot compare to is the RAPID RETURN access. This really cuts down the desired mail shipping turnaround and makes it very convient to the customer. Also comfortably safety receive/return envelope ......... The only downside to BushDVD is the limited inventory selection. There are times when i'd have to wait months for particular DVD rental which wasn't available .. and several times the wait was so long that i never got a chance to receive it at all (thus i had to turn to another DVD service who did have available) ........

Not sure why the other reviewers are so upset. Bush is actually a cheaper service and they have a good selection and are located in Southern California. I will also have to mention their customer service is excellent. Probably the best example to mention was when my wife returned the DVD’s for me but forgot to seal the envelope. That meant some postal worker got a couple porn movies and bush received an empty envelope. They were cool about it an didn't charge me. The only downside is that bush mails their DVD’s in sets unlike the others that mail individually.

I've been with Bush for nearly 5 years (nearly since they started up the mail rental business.) I find their site to be the best for finding flicks. Some turn around times are a little long, but overall, they've been very good (shipping is the same day as they get the returned movies). No complaints on their service and great customer service.

The limited selection on this site was very disappointing.

I started to rent from BUshdvd 4 at a time. Never receive dvd right after the beginning after a week. I lived 50 miles from their shipping address. Called customer service-the guy told me he would charge me for the movie if i dont return to them then close my account. How can I return the movies that i never receive!! Fraud!!!

We've tried several services and bushdvd is the best we've found so far. they're not perfect (could use a bigger selection and separate return envelopes would be nice), but the selection is good, the movies arrive quickly, the prices are some of the lowest, the site is easy to navigate, they offer rapid returns (i.e. they'll send you movies when you send them back not when they receive them, one of only two sites i know of that does this) the rapid returns means more porn for less money than the competitors. so far we really like it.

I've tried a half of dozen of dvd rental services and have to say that BushDVD.com is by far the best. They have a decent (but not the largest) selection, quick delivery, and good customer service. One interesting thing is that their DVDs come usually in pairs -- this may be a good thing or a bad thing. Title availability and selection are not perfect, but grading services on a curve, I have to give BushDVD a full 5-star.
