I had a great experience with your team at Nolensville road store; they were very friendly and helped me to fix my truck. The teams was extremely helpful with aiding me in understanding what was wrong with my truck and how the rotors were below specifications and that my safety was the most important and just putting pads on would not be safe for me to drive.

On Feb. 2, 2007 I went to Budget Brakes on Nolensville Pike in Nashville, TN.,I talked with Mr. Kimbrough and received an estimate (#31444)- invoice #25424. This gave me a line item brake-down of Parts cost, Labor and Total for each job. It was clean cut- not hard to under stand. He even pulled the wheels off to explain what needed to be done in detail. Mainly the rear bearings and seals I even asked "is that all" his reply was "that was it". So I went back on Friday Feb. 16 to have the rear bearings, seals and right front ABS sensor replaced. Also, I had informed him I purchased my own parts at a much lower cost than what was on the estimate. The labor to R&R; rear bearings, Seals, R/F ABS sensor and shop supply cost came to $174.95 and I had a $25.00 off coupon. I was not hard to figure what I was going to pay: $149.95 + $13.87 for tax which the bill should of read a total of $163.82. When I returned to pick my car up later that afternoon - SUPPRISE! $314.88 I had... Read more

The Nolansville road shop is awful! Stay away from them. We took my wifes car in for a clicking sound, they charges us 100$ to replace the pads and "hardware" on the front. Well today we took it back cause the clicking and screaching is worse than before we took it in the first time and already paid for the service. Now the guy is telling us that he will not honor his work unless we pay $300 more so he can replace the master cylender! Run from Budget brakes! A friend of mine replaced the brake pads on my car 1 month before my wifes car was done by budget brakes and mine are fine. I called the Plymoth dealer here and they told me that we do NOT need the more expensive brakes that budget brakes is treying to sell us cause they say my wifes car "requires the more expensive brakes".
