I bought a Dodge Dokata 1996 with 89k miles. I took the vechile on 2 test drives to see how it handeled and it seemed ok for the year of vechile. The air didnt work and the abs brake light was on. During our sale I pointed this out to the salesman who said those issue would be fixed during inspection before I got delivery. Now knowing that this dealer purchases from auction and having some common sence that the vechile is old I figured I would still need to put some more money into it. The sales people we friendly, helped me with transporation to and from my house when needed and always answered the phone when i called and gave me reasons and expected date of inspection and delivery. I used the truck for about 3 months on some odd hauling jobs. after making some money I decided to take it in to NTB because it was pulling to the right and had bad vibrations in steering wheel. Come to find out all 4 tires were worn uneven due to bad sway arm and other problems in the steering and suspens... Read more

as a represenetive of Bruns Motors, i'd like to respond to some of the reviews on this page. 1.we've been in buisness for 20 years now 2.we did not by any means get our dealer license online people who arent in this buisness have no idea whats invovled in the process of aquiring a license 3.we're its true we offer cheaply priced cars in the bel air md area deals you wont find anywhere else but with that said we buy alot of our cars from the auction up the the street (bel air auto auction) and dont go over every single nut and bolt on thease cars but we try to point out every flaw in our listings of thease vehicles i dont mean to discourage anyone but when you buy a 3,000.00 or less vehicle you can't expect a brand new car 4. due to economic times we are in fact operating out of a truck at the moment due to a fire we had back in febuary, buisness has been extremely slow and we arent always making money on our cars more often then not were taking losses to move inventory.. 5. i bel... I don't know what the others are talking about. Yes they are a small family dealership with cheap cars, but I got good service and a cheap car that I couldn't find anywhere else. Title work was done by the time the temporary tag expired.

just a horrific car dealership I couldn't trash talk enough to make myself feel better. I won't disclose what car I was looking at for reasons of anonymity but it was a beautiful little car with a really powerful engine, I was absolutely enamored with this car the instant it came on auction, the description and pictures amplified my feelings for the car and I couldn't wait for it to be mine. When we got there, there were bearing(s) loose in the engine, a bad transmission, no heating unit (seriously, it was just gone and the only thing left were hoses), buttons didn't work, windows didn't open, the trunk was temperamental and the exhaust had a burning smell to it. If I had known about these It would have been no issue, it would have been a more negotiable price but these are things I could do myself or take to my friend's garage. When you list something as "great solid engine" it better have a great solid engine, otherwise thats called "false advertisement". When I pointed out these fl... Read more

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!! I think they bought their dealer's license online. A car does you no good without a title!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They don't return phone calls - they have their money and they disappear! Almost two months later and we still don't have a good title or and response or help from them!!

Stay away from this company. They charged me for title and tags and have yet to deliver either. The temp tags are now expired and they get an attitude when I call them on the phone. Wish I had seen these reviews before buying from them... I'm now in the process of filing a claim in small claims court...
