I met Mr. Brazzell through a friend who had also used him as a contractor. First of all, he helped me out in a major way. Because of the catastrophe I had my insurance was footing the bill. He did the work and put some cash money in my pocket! That's right his company made it possible for me to get me some money. He didn't take advantage of me he helped me out. His wife which I have not had the pleasure of meeting in person is kind, very informative and has just exceptional customer skills. Mr. Brazzell and I have had long talks and walks during the time he did my house. He is a deeply rooted family man and business person. I seen how he treats the men working for him, like they his own family! I will recomend anyone to use this company. Good, good company and good people this man and his wife.

I am baffled by the post I have read regarding this company. Mr. Brazzell and his wife were very nice, explained everything regarding my project and left me pleased as a customer! I hired them to do my roof which they completed, he painted the exterior of my house for FREE. They replaced the ceiling in my den and painted the whole room which I LOVE! I called them back to have the carpet replaced in my whole house. They didn't even make ANY money off the carpet deal...it all went to the company that he uses for carpets! If you need a GREAT and CARING contractor call these people. I will continue to refer them to other people because the service was UNBEATABLE!

Mark Brazzell and his wife Mariza Brazzell are cheaters. No star for these guys.. I paid them to do a hardwood flooring job that they did not complete and stole my money & escaped with the more than $1000. The painting job also was very poor and incomplete. Now he is cheating under name of 'MB painting'. I gave $2000 and they did only 25 % of job. They lied that worker in jury duty and postpned doing the job. I have been calling for last three weeks and no response from them. The new address for these people is is now 461, Atlanta Ave, Atlanta 30315. I don't know how long these guys will be in this address. I have been unable to get anyone out to complete the job that was done poorly. PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, -

I AM A BUSINESS MAN AND WAS CONTRACTED OUT TO DO A ROOFING JOB .THE JOB WAS COMPLETED AND DID NOT GET PAID THAT WAS TWO MONTHS AGO. HAVE CALLED AND LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES . .I BELIEVE HE"S A DISHONEST MAN .OWES ME ALOT OF MONEY. BEWARE OF THIS MAN!!!!!!!!!!

I paid these people $770 to do a job not only was it not finished, I have not been able to reach these people by phone, all addresses listed are incorrect and I am left to find another contractor to complete the job that these people started. This man has stolen my money and left no address to contact them. Every address listed for mark brazelle is bogus. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR UNLESS YOU WANT SOMEONE THAT TAKES YOUR MONEY AND LEAVES NO LEGITIMATE ADDRESS OR CONTACT NUMBER.

Don't let the picture fool you. Mark Brazzell a.k.a Mark A. Brazzelle is bad for business. He will do a bad job then run off with your money. Check out the Dekalb County criminal case. This guy has stolen money from many consumers. Ideal Coatings, Inc. , Brother's Painting and Development Inc. just a few of his many business names. Ran from South Carolina to Atlanta to continue his criminal business activity.
