I'm sure by now, someone else has made this joke, but here it is, late as hell I know, but I wasn't on when she was happening... Why did Britney Spears shave her head? So the carpet would match the drapes. OH!!! I'm here all week.

Ok, there's probably a few that are going to disagree with me just because Britney decided to take a detour down "slut lane" with her pal Paris. So what. She showed a little coo-chee to some lucky camera man that got a cheap thrill flash, drove around like a crazed trailer queen, and shaved her head bald in a despirate attempt for attention. There isn't a guy out there (unless he's gay) that wouldn't bang that even if she has added a few pounds.

Amost 180 degrees from attractive, to me...Currently reduced to blowing someone here for helpfuls, I'm sure.

I'm too old to know if her look is hot or not, but I do know she's no Ava Gardner.  That said, back in 1999 when she first appeared on the pop music scene (not to mention whatever it was she did on the Disney Channel before that) nobody, including herself, thought that she would be generating music sales or headlines this late in her career.  I'm sure Tiffany and Debbie Gibson would lay naked on the desk of her agent in a second if it could get them one tenth of the publicity she can generate every time she goes to Starbucks.

Ooops!!!  I did it again.  I crapped on the floor, and pissed in the bed.  I've never seen this pig up close, but even from her photographs I can tell that she smells bad.  Limp, lifeless hair, insipid-looking face, fake tits, blobby body, cigarette and Starkbucks product in her hand.  A total gross out.  Even when she was like 16, she was of the totally white trash, hooker/go-go girl type.  Yecch!!!

That wasn't her in the Allure spread...no way she looks like that (good). She has let herself go in a baddddd way...She'd be lucky if the other Jason Alexander (George) wanted to marry her...

Oh there was a time when she was a 5 in my mind. However, after seeing her famous "No Underwear" photo, I have to mark her down. Any lady who allows the public to see her C-section scar, whether they intended to show it or not, is not reaching their hot potential.

Shes still cute to me. Kevin Federline is a lucky playa. But since she got 2 kids everything is ruined for me anyway. Having kids makes men think we dont have a chance with Britney(we probably didnt have a chance anyway)

I give her 5 stars on pure on screen sex appeal. After seeing the Toxic video, how can any guy not? As an actress I giver Zero Stars. As a singer...Two stars. Total = 3 stars.

A real shame shes even on here. Shes really lost her looks and all these women on this list (except maybe for the Olsen twins are) are way hotter than her. I seen lots of girls who aren't even famous that I would rather hook up with before I would Britney.

Brittany Spears is hot, there's no doubt about it. But her one-day marriage drama, her singing and her dodgy acting has left her looking like more of a s**t rather than just a girl with good looks.

ok, maybe I am stupid, but isn't hottest females based strictly on looks and overall appearance?? Some of you are giving her and others very low ratings based on things outside of appearance. Why?? Is that what the rating is all about?

Horrible!!!Horible!!! It is called makeup to hide the face underneath it. It's called platic surgery and push up bras!(I saw he on punk'd and she was saggy) She is so fake, sick, and gross. Not any kind of role model young girls should be looking up to. She needs to get over herself and be real.

Physically attractive, there's no doubt. But, after going nuts on that MTV awards so, she doesn't look so pretty any more...

As much as I dislike her, the way she's promoted, and the fact that she can't sing, she IS hot.
