She gets on my nerves. I don't care about her, I don't want to hear about her and I don't like her music. Again cue a lot of people getting irritated at me. I stand by it though, You can like her music all you like. I respect that. I find it to be bad at it's best and I find any hype regarding her irritating to the degree that I just roll my eyes and attempt to move on. Which is a bit more difficult than it sounds due to the fact that I seem to be surrounded by people that adore her.

I read something on her yesterday that critics expect her to make a major comeback. Why does she keep getting chance after chance, while more talented performers in her genre of music can't catch a break. She keeps on doing crazy things and the media and fans just blow it off. I wish her well but it is time for fans to move on to someone with a few morals.

Just to be a bit contrarian, and because I hate to see folks kicking people when they're down - even celebrities, I'll say this. I was watching a rerun of an old SNL the other day, and Britney was the host. I don't really know how to say this, so I'll just say it. She was..... likable. She was self depracating, had a pretty good sense of humor, and of course, was good looking. She was an entertainer. Years and bad decisions have taken their toll, but one if not both of those things will catch up with all of us eventually. It just didn't take very long for her.

i'm indifferent to her now.  honestly, i was rooting for her a little prior to her VMA performance.  i kinda wanted her to show the world that she was over her dumb, sowing my wild oats phase... but she bombed it.  maybe it's time for her to grow up a little, change her image, and write songs about legitimate subjects other than sex and parties.  i don't see her crawling out of this hole any other way.  if not, i'll just let her fizzle out and dissappear. no big deal for me.  Oh, and she still wasn't ugly.

I dont have cable at the moment but I saw a few clips of Britney performin' at the VMA's and I felt embarrassed for her. She sounded horrible, but I never was a fan of her voice anyway.(it sounded too fake and weird mayne). I dont think she was fat but she was a little doughy for her standards. What really made me feel embarrassed for her was when that douche Sarah Silverman said Britney's kids were an accident. What did her kids do to you Sarah??

A real artist. Because of her originality in terms of musicality, and her rare charisma, she's no doubt the queen of pop.

Britney is not a very good singer, but she is a great entertainer. She has moves, she has body, hair, and face, she is likable to a point. She also has a few songs that permanently stock in my head. She got be worth something.

Her singing wasn't bad (though not as great as her popularity might suggest), and I didn't much care for most of her songs, but I'll certainly give her credit for the entertainment factor and her ability to gain and maintain popularity with her lacking abilities.

There are a lot of people out there that talk trash about Bit-Bit, but I will be honest. No, she isn't the most talented vocally, but she is a good entertainer for the type of music and shows that she does. I think she is great-looking and can do well even though her stock seems to have fallen because of K-fed.

Well, let's start on a positive note...she really can dance! Unfortunately, this fact is drowned out by the screeching of an eletronic meltdown during her cd recordings. I'm over forty so I barely knew who Brittney Spears was. I finally had a chance to hear her sing on Satuday Night Live. I laughed thru the entire performance thinking it was part of a funny skit. When I realized she was serious, I really laughed. This girl couldn't sing her way out of a paper bag!

Vapid, no talent trailer park trash with a bad acne problem. Though she looks great with makeup on. Ugly gymnast legs and body. What's with her boobs? They really do inflate and deflate. She can dance okay, although sort of stiff, she didn't learn much from copying Janet and Madonna....but hey...she sold alot of cd's. There's no accounting for taste.
