Mon Jan 04 2010For some reason this was my favorite book out of the series. I think because all of the fighting stopped and Vampires and Werewolf's became friends.

Fri May 15 2009Good, different, much more mature than the other three. I'm not entirely sure if or how they will make a movie out of this one. This jumps off the beaten path that the first three created and turns our world upside down. That being said - I loved it. Fantastic story and many heart stopping moments.

Wed Apr 29 2009I was somewhat disappointed at how Breaking Dawn begun, but then I couldn't see Stephenie Meyer starting the story any other way. I fell in love with Renesmee and was surprised at how nice Rose was to Bella. With Jacob I thought that he could have also ended up with Leah but was happy with his decision. over all I am satisfied with Stephenie's latest book even thought it meant the end of the series.

Wed Apr 29 2009What an amazing ending to the saga!! Never saw anything in this book coming. MUST READ!! Totally awesome, I did not sleep until I finished this book. I need Stephanie Meyer to write more to this series of books hopefully Between Jacom and Renesme. Who is Renesme you ask.. READ THE BOOK, it is so good!

Tue Apr 28 2009Caution: Review, followed by spoilers (marked by **SPOILER ALERT**) A confession: I'm 40, male, and loved the first three books. My daughter recommended Twilight after she had read it, and I quickly outpaced her, devouring the first three and waiting anxiously for her to catch up so we could read the 4th together. But she balked halfway through the third book, and after months of waiting patiently for her I finally could wait no more and picked up Breaking Dawn. My daughter is smarter than I am. Part of the Twilight series' appeal for me was the tension. The love triangle, the uneasy truce between the werewolf pack and the Cullen clan, the awkward dance around Bella's father, mortal friendships rife with petty drama versus immortal love fraught with danger... Bella's story was made more interesting because it did not occur in a vacuum but as part of a larger tapestry. Then Stephanie Meyer decided that to make everyone happy, she would let her fan club write her next novel... Read more

Tue Apr 28 2009WOW. I read all 4 books in less than 2 weeks. They were all awesome but I think this last book was probably my favorite as it answered the many questions that came up while reading the first 3 and it had a really good closure. I would recommend this series to anyone (and I do to whoever I talk to).

Tue Apr 28 2009Stephenie finished up the series great. Most people were disappointed with the final chapter, but people need to enjoy a realistic ending for once. SPOILER ALERT... Not all things need to end with a final battle or a death.
