Breaking Benjamin

Ocean Soul...your a moron. If you know anything about music, well than you would know Ben Burnley has one of the (if not the) greatest vocal range and diverse sounds in modern music. The lyrics are absolutely amazing. Very dark, but enlightening. Oh, and by the way, how can you compare this to EMO....c'mon. You want to hear EMO listen to 30 Seconds to Mars.

Breaking Benjamin is the sound of modern hard rock. The genre has really gone down the drain because they suck, as do Buckcherry and a lot of other similar bands. Breaking Benjamin's music is derivative and repetitive and the lyrics are emo with contrived attitude/aggression.

Their recent album is one of the best out there right now.

Wrap your ears around Diary of Jane from their latest disc Phobia. Great as cut for the album, and even better acoustic (should you find a disc with this cut as a bonus track). Looking forward to hearing more great tunes. :)

My favorite band, they are amazing live.  I have seen them at least 10 times, and I have never been dissappointed.  Anybody who says they aren't a great band is either an old person who listens to 80's hair bands, or just plain stupid.  Recognize talent when you hear it, the music speaks for itself.

Play this loud and Play it like your Drunk. The great thing about this band is that you can smash to the great bass and sing to the chorus aswell. And only when your really into it can you do both. Put simply this band. All their albums so far (Figruavely) resemble a bag of expensive jewels and gems, No coal here. But its up to you to find your birthstone!

Holy crap! After liking but not being blown away by their last CD, I picked up Phobia today and I can't put it down. If the awards assholes had any kind of sense "The Diary of Jane" would be getting these guys little statues...

these guys are my second favorite band and they know how to rock. the singer has good vocals and the lead guitarist is pretty good. the drummer know show to keep a good beat and i dont really listen to the bass but these guys are effing sweet. they know how to make good music.

this is defintely a great rock album. what made it so appealing was the heavy music and BENS VOICE. man does Ben have an incredible, versatile voice. i love how he can sing screamo hardcore and then soft and with emotion in every song. this album is a must have for any true rock fan. its so good. ben's voice is one of the best i've heard in a long time. plus the lyrics are so well-written. i love the ambiguity--you can relate your own experiences

I LOVE BREAKING BENJAMIN!!!!!!!! and ben burnley is a great singer his voice is amazing he can sing hadcore or soft his voice can be deep but also soft!! and for the people who can appreciate their music your just assholes and for maersk yeah they have talent you must be retarded to not see that so dont talk crap!!! what do you listen to pop?

i ve only herd the we are not alone albumand...well it is one of my favorite cds,its just great!!!. Not one song thet ive herd by them that i dont like GREAT BAND!!!

This review is based on We Are Not Alone. Not Saturate. Although I've listened to Saturate, I must say it didn't impress me as much as We Are Not Alone. Now that that's out of the way, let me tell you why I love this C.D. First, the range in Ben Burnley's voice. He's got an amazing voice, whether it be rock, or the softer songs such as Forget It, which is my FAVORITE song from Breaking Benjamin. As soon as I heard that song I was hooked. I ended up loving the whole C.D. aside from the last track, which was maybe too soft and didn't have the right lyrics for me; still good voice and music though. I think the reason why they captured my attention is because they make such good use with their combination of music; it's not the same regurgitated style over and over again, unlike some bands. Saturate was a tremendous album, and I thought they could only get better. I was wrong, though We are not alone isn't a bad album, It left a lot to be desired.

Breaking Benjamin is cool. And their CD is awesome.

This is my favorite band since Nirvana. So Cold is the most addictive song I have ever heard in my life behind Smells Like Teen Spirit. I have a feeling they are going to keep their heads afloat for a long... long time in the rock industry. ROCK ON!!!
