Brassell Eye Care

I really wanted to like Brassell eye care, the doctor is fun, enthusiastic, and nice. She seemed to very much know what she was doing, and had great hours (early some days, late others). The office was clean and bright. Then when I started having problems with my eyes, I started having problems with Brassell. She doesn't always schedule appointments during her posted hours. Her receptionist seemed annoyed that I was having a serious problem with my eyes, and was very very annoyed when I asked questions about my insurance plan. When I went to purchase glasses I was pressured and frustrated. I told them I didn't understand how the pricing worked because of my insurance (I had a budget) but they just wanted me to pick something. I understand that insurance is difficult to deal with but these are glasses I'm going to wear for two years I wanted to pick the right ones for me and my budget.
