Nothing good to say. Had my home treated for termites with termidor. For 6 years I paid $225 for a yearly inspection to maintain the 10 year "waranty". I found an area on an external wall that seemed sofe and called it to the attention of the inspector who tried to sell me a new treatment, but did nothing else. I later found some termites and Brandon sail that it was caused by moisture and would not cover it under the waranty and that a retreatment would cost $1000. Another company said that they would treat the house for $700 and at the end of 10 years of annual inspections will retreat it for free! Needless to say I would not reccomend Brandon Pest control.

Initially, the service was good, and my sentricon system was being checked monthly as originally agreed to. After 2 years the monthly checks went to every 3 months, and the inspections were not thorough. After numerous complaints, a supervisor came out to discuss the issues. He agreed to removed charges from two billing cycles where the system was not monitored at all. 3 months later, my account was sent to a collection agency. Not a good experience for service or issue resolution.
