I have a 2009 GMC yukon denali and i ordered the front disc italia brake pads and disc italia cross drilled and slotted rotors. I am no mechanic, but they were very easy to install, fit perfectly just like the original parts. I ordered the front rotors, but accidentally ordered the rear pads. I was very pleased that prior to shipping brakeworld took the time to call me noticing the discrepancy to verify that I meant to order the parts this way. They fixed it quickly, and i received all the correct parts in 3 days! Thanks to John and Mike at brakeworld, keep up the good work guys!

I ordered a set of rotors for a VW Jetta not knowing that there are 4 different sizes for this particular model. I received the item I ordered, but unfortunately they were the wrong size. I ended up purchasing a set from a local auto parts store and asked to return the set that was the wrong size. After being informed of the ungodly return fee, I agreed and returned the items. They received by rotors 2 days after I shipped them and I have yet to receive my refund even with numerous phone calls. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen. I will NEVER do business with this company again. Buyer's beware!!! One star because zero is not an option.

Very satisfied w/ the level of service i received from brakeworld.com. I ordered the italia rotors and Hyperceramic brake pads for 2 of my Tahoe's and they are working beautifully. The pads really feel like they grab much better than the original pads.

I orderd from Josh some Disc Italia cross drilled rotors and titanium pads for my Nissan Sentra SER. The pads are just as he said Super Clean :) and the rotors look awesome behind my wheels. I have been very happy with the brakes. They shipped them fast, and seemed to know a lot about what they were selling.

Purchased some xbrakes rotors and Disc Italia pads from brakeworld for my 07 cadillac escalade. They lasted over 60,000 on my corvette, and have now installed them on my truck. Good quality product and a great price. I would recommend this to anyone not looking to break the bank, but put a better stopping setup on your vehicle. Bob

I bought a set of disc italia for for the rear of my Dodge ram diesel 3500. After I installed them I torqued the wheels down (145 lbs per manual) and noticed a large crack on both rotors running from the stud hole towards the back of the rotor. On Dodge its about 4 in from the rotor itself to the front with the stud holes. I called Disc Italia and they said it was due to over torque. I told him put the stock rotors on and torqued them down to 250 lbs with a 1/2 in air gun just to see what would happen. there were no problems, no cracks. Obviously the stock rotors are much stronger than the Disc Italia. I paid $315.00 a piece for the rotors. The best they would do was to sell me another set of rotors at their cost of $189.00.

I bought Disc Italia Drilled and Slotted rotors from Brakeworld to help with stopping power on my 2004 Chevy Avalanche especially when pulling my camper. Seven months after installing the rotors I found a crack in the driver side rotor when I had my wheel off to wash the rims. I tried to email them two times because I work from 7:00-6:00 and am unable to call during their customer service hours (9:00 to 5:00). I called them today after no response from my email. I was told it was past the 90 day warranty and I could not return it for a new rotor. I have no idea when the crack occurred, it could have been before the 90 days. I will never use them again because they don't stand behind their product. Having paid $239 for the front pair of rotors you would expect them to last longer than 7 months. It is obvious that these rotors are inferior since they couldn't hold up under normal driving conditions. I suggest you get your auto parts from another, more reputable company.
