Hi I placed an order with you almost a month ago now and have not heard anything about it since. I contacted your iMessage and was told there was a problem with my order and that Mia would contact me. I never heard from her. I then emailed her 2 weeks ago and still have heard nothing. Then last week I texted again and got nothing back. And now I read your site is a scam? The money has come out of my partners account so I want my order. I even payed express shipping. This is unacceptable

All my messages I have sent to your through email has been ignored...every single one. I just want my refund back, I've given you my details twice, and everytime I message you, you ask for another piece of information that you need from me I have been waiting nearly a MONTH Worst customer service I have ever received I already waited 3 weeks on express post for my actual swimmers...and now nearly waiting for a month for the refund!? Unbelievable It's my money and I have a right to have it back Just posted my experience on social media Mia is a psycho. do not deal with her. take your business elsewhere

I ordered a pair of bathers off of this website thinking that they must be legitimate because they accepted PayPal and they seemed like a trusted Australian business. I was wrong. I never received my bathers and tried to contact the business multiple times (I even spoke to the owner who assured me they were doing their best and that my bathers were sold out). I had to eventually go through PayPal and launch a case against them in order to get my money back. This happened to several other girls, we tried to complain on Instagram but they blocked us and all reviews against them were taken down. Not a business to be trusted, there's a reason why they're always having 50% off sales etc... SCAM BUSINESS. Stick to trusted brands :)

This company needs to be shut down ASAP. They lied to NSW Fair Trading about my claim saying that they tried emailing me and I(!) was the one that didn't respond. They also claimed that they refunded my money which is blatant lie. Appalling!!

Please no one buy from this website. I have been so ripped off , lied to by the bat shit crazy owner and never received my goods. There are so many better swim wear brands with better quality pieces, the quality on Bondi Venus is just disgraceful. Beware - the owner mia is NUTS. Her customer service is literally appalling, the way she speaks to customers is awful and blames them for the problems SHE has caused. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Bondi Venus is a complete and utter scam.

A truly sad unfortunate company. All of their styles are direct copies from more popular american brands. In many cases they copied the exact print, pattern, and color way. They should be put out of business and the owner Mia should find a new job.

STAY AWAY FROM BONDI VENUS!!! Terrible company!! I ordered some bathers and as soon as I bought them i got an email saying they were 'were not making that style anymore" ... so i asked to be sent a different pair. They took days and days to reply so i commented on their post on Instagram until someone replied. then they send bathers that were COMPLETELY DIFFERENT to the ones i settled for. Mine were all black and the ones i received were black and white and a different cut. Also - the tags had been cut out .. perhaps so i couldn't return them? And after all that no reply after asking for a refund....

terrible i wish i would of read the reviews before i made the mistake of buying a bikini at Bondi Venus i never received my bikini never provided a tracking number they do not have a contact phone number all types of inquiry are over emails they kept telling me they shipped using Fedex i called Fedex and they had no records of anything being shipped to my address they don't even update their website with your order status so unprofessional had to learn the hard way. thankfully called my back and reported them for fraud my bank refunded me the money and filed an investigation which is currently on going ...

If there was an option to give zero stars for Bondi Venus, I would. This company is a scam. I spent approximately $90 on products over two months ago and never received anything from them. At first they would respond to my emails saying that the products would be shipped out "soon". Mia (who has told me in emails that she is the director, CEO, and founder) is extremely vague and contradictory in her statements. In one email she would state that the products had already been shipped out, and in another she would state that they could not be shipped out until after Easter due to the products being held up in customs. I have attempted to contact them 6 times since Easter requesting a refund but have never received a response. I have also posted on their Instagram (along with many others) only to find that my comment has been immediately removed from their page. SCAM ALERT!!! Never recieved my bikini which i ordered a month ago. Never recieved any response from them when I email them. They blocked me from their instagram page after i posted that i never recieved my bikini. THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wasted a lot of money on a bikini i will never get :( Please stay away from them because you will be scammed next!

I am based in Australia and ordered last Friday and I got my order today yet we had a holiday here on Monday so I was very happy with the shipping time. My bikini was the Bora Bora and it was a small fit yet it fit me fine and I also got a Animal Betty and that again looks amazing on. We had a few issues in the beginning as the system wasn't accepting payment yet that was sorted really fast and I spoke with Elaine and she fixed up all my order super fast and the customer service was great. Reading the below negatives I would say my experience was totally different and nothing like mine. I got a $15 gift card after ordering as well so I gave this away and my friend used and she also got her swimwear no hitches. Highly recommended.

These bikinis are amazing and so well priced! Great customer service!! I bought my bikinis in a 50% off special sale!! They were so cheap! They sell all the latest styles for a fraction of the cost! Plus they have DHL delivery which is guaranteed! Love this company and love Mia and Kahili who helped me pick the right bathers for me. I have a big cup size. So if you need bikinis go here! You haterz need to get a life! I'm a student but I love the beach, so it was so awe sum to find a bikini website in Australia that has the top notch stuff at seriously smazing prices! I bought the Phoenix and bora bora and I've made another order for the Odessa cause its awesum! so all you people who wrote crazy shiz on here need to just go find someone else to harass coz that's just not right! #bondivenusbabe 4eva XXXXXX .

I am new to this site and bought two bikinis and I understand they are in Australia - I got my Phoenix (where I am located) and the Bettie Bikini in 3 working days from ordering - was sent via DHL and thank goodness as the USPS is very slow. The items are a slightly smaller fit but they stretched out and they look amazing - I came on as I have seen negativity here but nothing of the sort for me - I am a DD and it's hard to find bikinis that fit my top and in the states so little is out at the moment and was good to order from a warmer climate as it's readily available and not 30F degrees.

Absolutely shocking customer service! it's been months since i ordered my bikini and nothing has arrived. Been asking for my refund and they say its being processed but i still haven't got it. You'd think for someone that spends so much time on social media they could at least reply to their customer's emails!! Avoid them at all costs!

Will never shop here again, the customer service is extremely poor. I never received my bikini since I ordered in November and I've emailed every address they've supplied but never get a reply unless I complain on their instagram posts. And when they do reply all I hear every week is that they are in the post. Or that they will check with someone else where they are, to which they never let me know and can't even supply a tracking number and won't even refund me. Will never recommend this place and will make sure everyone I know avoids them!

The owner (Mia) runs this business terribly. Awful customer service, never even got what I ordered after nearly 2 months and ended up having to demand they refund me (which they weren't going to do). Avoid at all costs. Business run from home presumably - unprofessional, cheap and crappy operation.
